ABC News to Air Interview With Gingrich Ex-Wife By David Bauder | Associated Press | 3 hrs ago Excerpts: NEW YORK (AP) ABC News plans to air an interview with the second wife of Republican presidential contender Newt Gingrich on "Nightline" just two days before the GOP's South Carolina primary. Excerpts from the interview with Marianne Gingrich will be released during the day Thursday, ABC News spokesman Jeffrey Schneider said, ahead of both a Republican candidate debate Thursday evening in Charleston, S.C., and ABC's late-night news program. ABC News has not indicated what Marianne Gingrich said in the interview. Her ex-husband has said that they don't have a relationship. The interview comes as Gingrich, the former House speaker, is trying to topple GOP front-runner Mitt Romney by casting himself as the more conservative option in the GOP presidential race. It would shine a spotlight on a part of Gingrich's past that could turn off Republican voters in a state filled with religious and cultural conservatives who may cringe at Gingrich's two divorces and acknowledged infidelities. Marianne Gingrich has said Gingrich proposed to her before the divorce from his first wife was final in 1981; they were married six months later. Her marriage to Gingrich ended in divorce in 2000, and Gingrich has admitted he'd already taken up with Callista Bisek, a former congressional aide who would become his third wife. OMG: Ron Paul will end up all by himself on the stage, and republicans will be forced to vote for him as nominee for president if things continue downhill for all the other candidates. Perry is expected to quit the race for president, and of course he was always waaay out of his depth as a candidate anyway with his really low IQ, brain freezes, and acute far- right conservatism which he promotes during the race. And Romney is busily putting his foot in his mouth every time he opens it now. He mentioned a $10,000 bet with Perry in one debate, said he paid 15% of his taxable income which is unbelievable,...and the IRS believed him.....wink - wink.....now there is the question of many offshore accounts to explain, and the millions of dollars in stock donated to the Mormon Church, plus his tithing done in stock which the church then sold for cash. Magically, 36 more votes were found for Santorum in the Iowa that put him in the win for that state, but Romney is declaring it a draw. But what happened that they so magically found them at this moment in time? Was someone holding them in their purse, or what? And Gingrichs wife is set to tell everything about the Newt that we wish we never knew...but down deep we always knew it, right? The big question is: Are the republicans gonna settle for an old, fat, thrice married, adulterous, approaching senility, disgraced former Speaker of the House that was forced to resign, as their republican/T-bagger nominee for the presidency? We all know that Santorum will self destruct at the earliest moment in time when he gets weary and reverts back to radical, far right evangelism, so he will be no problem for Newt. So the debates will be between Ron Paul and Gingrich.

..... Yes...I wonder whose 'attack ads' are responsible for the latest character assassination attempt is....the group is rapidly being winnowed down now. Gingrich's daughters, by one of his marriages, released a statement saying that 'the unhappiness of divorce has changed Newt's former wife's personality and not to be too surprised at anything she may say.' and sowing the seeds of a possible mentally deranged woman....standard reflect action when defending the guilty. The idea that Gingrich, Romney, and Ron Paul being the only remaining canidates gives me a cold chill....wink wink.....
