Wow, this is truly amazing. We may be able to avoid a Romney nightmare after all.

    Nationwide
    Rasumssen: Santorum 39%, Romney 27%, Gingrich 15%, Paul 10%

Gingrich is trailing with 15%, and I have a feeling that his supporters (like me) would choose Santorum over Romney in large numbers. A Gingrich endorsement of Santurum would completely crush Romney.

Rasumussen also found that Santorum beats Romney in MI on a head-to-head, in fact he's even leading with Gingrich still in it. I didn't see that coming. And now it turns out Romney may not have won Maine.

Frankly I'll take either, I just want Romney to have to earn his nomination.

I agree with you. I think if Romney loses MI, he's toast.

That is one terrible field of candidates. Obama is so vulnerable and the GOP will find a way to screw it up.

LOL... Santorum couldn't win re-election in his own state. It's not likely he'll be voted POTUS! He's whacked!

I think I'd prefer... gasp... Sarah Palin! (who'd make a perfect running mate since they're so alike)

It is very unlikely Santorum will ever come close to POTUS. Seriously. Just Google the guys name.

Know that advantage called name recognition? Santorum has that, but it's not an advantage...

Obama bought this election years ago. 40+ million he added to the welfare roles....Enough to buy any election, which was his whole purpose.

Actually the whole country is now trending republican according to latest polls. We may have president Santorum with a supermajority. That is quite a thought.

Santorum is actually a very solid nominee. Very safe. Everyone seems to like him. Kind of everyone's second choice. Nice family and marriage.

Trust me, Obama does not want to run against him.

You'll have to take that up with Chris Matthews. Notice the "quotations"? It just happens to apply very well to Obama voters.

Well, they could try. Remember the Tea party started out bragging about being "*********s"...and then tried to blame "the liburals" for tricking them when they were told what tea bagging was.... lol
