Tonight at 5:45 Central time..Fox panel actually says that Paul is actually working for Romney..How else could he go after Santorum ? Anybody yet think that if you go after Santorum you are NOT the next target ? DID FOX give Paul any positive spin ? NOPE. NEW GINGRICH is going to come back..they claim..he wont go away..NOT with 100 million behind him. Santorum and newt ! Give it a break..Just REPORT the news. Let the late night COMMENTARY talk with opinions.
You might actually read up a bit on who they are what they used to do.. Even the dimmest bulb..lights up a pitch black cave. Fox gives them an HOUR.. right before prime time news. For a reason..
Paul is clearly in cahoots with Romney. Paul goes after every single conservative expect the non-conservative, Romney. For a guy that cries about the status quo you would think he would be going after an established Republican like Romney. Mitt has clearly offered Paul something in the event he wins the nomination (like a cabinet position or a prominent speaking spot at the convention). I appreciate Paul's message and the fact that he's been doing this for 8 years now. But at the end if he never lays a hand on Romney and just hands delegates over I will consider him a political hack.
Paul knows a one on one vote between him and Romney, he has a good chance of winning. Letting Romney use his resources to go after Newt or Rick, Paul is just saving money. He is playing this smart.
Oh stop with that BS excuse. Paul will never get a a one on one with Romney. He would have done so by now dont you think? In fact, it came down to a one on one most conservatives would end up backing Romney most likely. It's fitting that the two nastiest campaigners are being buddy-buddy together. And Paul is running ads against Santorum in Michigan, a state Paul is not playing for. He's doing it to help Romney.
RP does better with all the candidates having some support but nobody running away with it. It's smart to not let Santorum build up a head of steam. He's doing it to help himself.
Also, keeping the delegates from being amassed by one single candidate is a great strategy for Paul. As long as there is a chance of a brokered convention, or it comes down to delegates from caucuses which paul is winning, he has a chance.
