    It isn't me...it's the evidence and witnesses.

    It's also important to keep the context in play. Chief Lee came on 10 months ago after the former Chief resigning after a white man was caught on video beating a black man, and was not arrested.

    The problem is Chief Lee simply believed Zimmerman from the start and that prevented him from ensuring a fair investigation.

    They look like complete fools for not checking Trayvon's cell phone even though they had it the night of the shooting.

    The FBI will have to decide which if it was sloppy work or active covering up and considering the history of disparate treatment based on race it is not looking good.

    Even if one wants to claim there was not enough evidence for an arrest two weeks ago there is clearly enough for one now. If any witnesses are lying it will be discovered through the judicial process and it is not up to the police to act as a jury.

    This case stinks to high heaven.

    At least one witness has said that she was "coached" while giving her account.

    There is no mention of a bloody nose or grass stains on Zimmerman in the initial police report.

    This is going to go pretty deep. This police department is going to end up being on trial right beside Zimmerman.

    I don't expect them to. If there was a sincere desire to be an objective observer of the facts there would have never been accusations of witnesses lying, while never accusing Zimmerman of lying.

    Here's a Question for Mr. Zimmerman's supporters; How does a 250 lbs Man with a Loaded Gun loose the Upper-Hand to a 140 lbs 17 Year Old?

    Though the shooter wasn't white, and it's not proven he's racist... let's willfully link him to the Klan. :rolleyes:

    The initial police report does say he had a bloody nose and wet back.

    It also says the officer arrived on scene at 7:17pm which proves Trayvon was on the phone when Zimmerman confronted him. His cell record shows Trayvon received a call at 7:12pm and lasted for four minutes. So it took about a minute between Zimmerman pushing then murdering Trayvon.

    Trayvon's cell records also prove Zimmerman's statement about returning to his vehicle is false because that would mean the altercation didn't start until AFTER Trayvon was off the phone and the police report proves it started before the phone call was cut off.

    There has been a rush to judgement that would have been labeled a lynching if the color of the shooter was different....

    The issue will eventually work itself out...the only question remaining is which limb the shooter will be hung from. I suspect a fair trial is no longer possible.

    Thats Rich. It's pretty obvious you and the other defenders of Zimmerman have consistently used your racism to fill in the gap that Trayvon was the agressor. Will you man up and say you were wrong if it comes to light that Zimmerman is a liar? I highly doubt it.

    Zimmerman, a white Hispanic, was patrolling the streets of a gated community in Sanford on Feb. 26, when he spotted Martin, 17, and told a police dispatcher that a "black male" was acting "suspicious." Zimmerman, 28, ignored a warning from the dispatcher not to pursue Martin, and a violent confrontation ensued, leaving Martin dead. Zimmerman told local police he acted in self-defense, and he has not been detained or charged.
