New Black Panthers offer $10,000 bounty for capture of shooter George Zimmerman

This is getting out of hand, and fast. People should let the authorities handle the investigation and stop with the threats of mob justice.

Heck if it is a black fellow that gets him he could just cite the stand your ground law. They could tell police they were afraid for their life because Zimmerman has already shown use of lethal force on a black person.

The difference between the reward collector if there is one and Zimmerman is they both should be charged with a crime and it will only be the reward collector that will be.

Let's see, a constitutional provision for protection of the citizens vs unconstitutional programs that lead to more kids doing poorer in school to allow the slow kid to catch up. They are offering to pay someone to kidnap Zimmerman. That's definitely against the law.

 

I expect all anchors on msnbc to start calling for more civility in the rhetoric before someone dies unnecessarily. Wouldn't want any vigilantism to start taking place and opening a door for malitias to start going after anyone they choose to.

 

I suppose they could arrest those 5 guys that are "the New Black Panthers" and when those 3 squad cars carry them off you guys will have to come up with a new boogeyman to feign faux outrage over the imaginary overwhelming power said boogeyman has.

 

It's a good thing all those black celebrities and athletes are contributing to the bounty. I wouldn't want to see those '5 guys' pulling their welfare checks to pay for it.

Yes. At the federal level, there is no justification for it. And the current "head start" programs, stifle the better kids so the slow or lazy kids can catch up. No kid left behind is more like no kid gets ahead.

It is way more specific than the "Palin target map" that the left got in such a hissy over last year when Laughner shot Giffords. You don't hear MSNBC calling for an end to the vigilantism talk from these people. There will be some crack head that will try for the bounty, I guarantee it, but probably not reported very well.

I am not a conservative, I am against the free market in all but few very limited exceptions, I think the free market leads almost wholly to exploitation... this is an extreme example of such.

 

You are aware that head start is pre school... no child left behind is education policy kindergarden through highschool.

Personally I give knuckleheads more latitude than leaders and pundits of a mainstream political party. In this case "the New Black Panthers" are being knuckleheads, for IDK PR I guess. And <shrug> they are just seeking "the capture" of Zimmerman, that's not even as violent as Palins gun sight map.

Was never really bothered about what "the New Black Panthers" had to say ever. Did not care about the fake polling place story, don't care much about this story either. I just find it chuckle worthy to mess with you guys about it.

 

At the local level, being funded through lottery taxes, great. I am talking about federal level failures of government programs.

A bounty, with a specific persons name, "dead or alive", is not violent as a "target district" map? Does your neck hurt, cause your blinders have the be made of steel and concert 10 feet thick.
