http://english.ahram.org.eg/NewsCon...therhood-plot-against-Gulf-Dubai-police-.aspx Hmmmmm....... Now this is tying in with Omar Suleimans 'private' conversation with Gaddaffi in Egypt that Libya recently released from the 'intelligence' found after the fall of Gaddaffi. Very interesting indeed. A very intriguing mystery this is turning out to be.
Islamists have majority on Constitutional panel... Egypt's Islamists tighten their grip on power 25 Mar.`12 (AP) Egypt's newly empowered Islamists have tightened their grip, giving themselves a majority on a 100-member panel tasked with drafting a constitution that will define the shape of the government in the post-Hosni Mubarak era.
Is your news talking of the tape of Gaddaffi and Suleiman talking Margot? I'll write some things from it for the ones who don't speak Arabic. (From conversation it was taped in Egypt before revolution in Egypt. Maybe by sound of it one year before Egypts revolution. Suleiman is asking Gaddaffi to extend his visit to stay longer to discuss things. Stay for 10 days because Egyptians like Gaddaffi. (Gaddaffis Arabi dialect is very bad and some of it is hard to understand.) Just so you know Omar Suleiman was the chief intelligence officer who practically lived in US and Israel so would know what is going on. Moved in all the right circles Internationally. Was a player in the US rendition programme. Was known as Sheikh al Torture and it was said few months back that Saudi Prince Nayaf had enlisted him into Saudi intelligence now he is unemployed in Egypt. He was the man who Egyptians rejected as the VP during revolution as being traitor and the US CIA man in Cairo. A few things from it: Suleiman is saying Saudi is about to explode. He talks of wahabi influence. He talks of giving people democracy. Of different countries needing democracy but not every country should follow US kind of democracy. He talks about US policy of breaking up strong Arab nations ties to keep them weak. Create frictions. Of the congressmen (doesn't name who) and CIA who are giving Gaddaffi the information that Saudi and Egypt are plotting against him. Gaddaffi says yes that was true and the USA was giving him that information. Suleiman says no one should trust the USA and that each country should discuss things face to face with each other and not through USA so they know what is true and what is not. He talks of the MB ability to get funds easily because the people are simple and trusting. Egypt does not have culture of elections. The USA is funding opposition newspapers and parties and funding channels. The US have been funding Ayman Noor one of the main opposition names and involving Coptic christians in this funding and following. US Supporting Sa'ad El Din Ibrahim the exile who came back and signed support for Gamal Mubarak campaign in public and to talk badly about Egypt. In short US was supporting Gamal Mubarak. (well that was known anyway) Gaddaffi asks Suleiman why then is Egypt friends with USA and he replies they will never be friends or are friends of USA. Egypt is just avoiding clashes. US are threatening to sanction Egypt like Syria. He talks of USA using word democracy to destabilize Arabs. He talks of Darfur and saying US gave the weapons in Darfur. They want conflict. Conflict between Syria and Lebanon between Coptic Chrsitians and Muslims. He calls Egypt the 'BIg Prize'. Suleiman says confrontation between USA and Egypt is coming but they are delaying it and US only has it's own interests first and last. They dont care about anything else. Suleiman said there was no real partnership between USA and Egypt. US divided Sudan and next is to divide Egypt the real prize.
Forgot to add Suleiman said that USA was financing Muslim Brotherhood. He said that they wanted a strong opposition to Mubarak. They want to destabilize Egypt according to him. That was BEFORE revolution.
Sounds like Suliman was telling Khadafi (who was always delusional and unstable) what he wanted to hear.
