Why is Eric Holder refusing to prosecute black on white hate crimess?

The death of Trayvon Martin is extremely sad and there might be some validity in Eric Holder's statement that the Justice Department was looking into pressing charges against
George Zimmerman. Why then, Is Mr. Holder so reluctant to look into black on white crimes. Today the news reported, once again, how a group of blacks beat up a white person while saying it was revenge for Trayvon. When a person of one race attacks a person of another race because the person being attacked belongs to a particular race that fits the definition of a hate crime.

Not only won't Holder even look into these crimes, none of the authorities are even willing to call them hate crimes. They constantly say, "This may not be a hate crime." Baloney, when a group of whites attack a black person because of his race it is a hate crime so it should also be a hate crime when a group of blacks attack a white person because of his race.

It is long past time that Eric Holder was removed from office.

 

Again, The USDOJ is mainly concerned with (raciist) hate-crime murders ... lesser violence is relegated to the states for prosecution ...
... and if the states impose lengthy sentences or the death-penalty at the state-level ... then it's pretty much moot ...

The DOJ is also concerned with voter intimidation. Voter intimidation if the intimidators are white that is. If the intimidators are members of the New Black Panthers the DOJ refuses to investigate. Hate crimes and civil rights cases are not only those that involve death and I am pretty sure you know that already.

whistleblower who exposed the new Policy under Eric Holder as to actively
taking on race cases.That there would be preferential treatment and probable
prosecution of Race cases where there are Black Plantiffs and White Defendants.
And that the opposite of White Plantiffs and Black Defendants would be placed
on hold.Or given less gravity.Which is exactly what has happenned.DOJ immediately
tried to destroy the credibility of Adams,as one would expect.
Adams exposed the cover-up of the Racial double standard being applied since
Holder was put in charge.Demonstrating an almost Hostility at DOJ to Fairly
apply race standards.

Yeah, we should prosecute them even if nobody came forward to say that they were intimidated. I mean, they are BLACK after all.

 

It doesn't help the left advance their agenda when there's a white victim and minority perpetrator, so they ignore it.

 

The Trayvon Martin shooting was not a racist hate crime yet the black attorney general threatened to send investigators to that media circus.

I realize nothing will matter to you but the NBPP voter intimidation has already been mentioned. The voter intimidation in Mississippi is not even being actively investigated. A man is near death from a beating from 20 men and not only are the federal agencies not interested but the President hasn't stood up and said, "That man could be my brother." Eric Holder is going all out to prevent voter ID laws. The courts have held they're valid, there is no credible evidence of the disenfranchizement he whines about, but he's all out against preventing election fraud. Of course, disenfranchizing the military is good with Holder, too.

Is there any evidence that recent republican presidents went after black on white crimes more vigorously them Obama. The fact that this thread doesn't even compare Obama with previous recent Republican presidents shows that its only motivation is its racist hatred of Obama. The president needs to go on national tv and tell the black community to stop the racial attacks on whites because of the Trayvon Martin case.

 

On page 243 of Pat Buchanan's book "Suicide of a Superpower" he says that FBI stats for 2007 say 14,000 white women were sexually assaulted by black man while there were ZERO cases of a black woman sexually assaulted by a white man.!!! Have to admit even i find that hard to believe but that's what patty says. I would have thought the ratio was more like 14,000 to say 500.

No one's been arrested yet for the incident, Frogger. In order to label an event a hate crime, we'll probably need to go by more than the testimony of the victim's sister. Perhaps we should wait until the offenders are off the street and can be questioned?
