None of this matters...Obama is the second coming, he can do no wrong and if we don't vote for him we are racists.

Duh, after a huge republican created housing bubble of course home ownership is going to drop, you want that bubble back?

I agree that housing bubble shouldn't come back, but which Huge Republican are you referring to?

Looking Past the Home Price Question
5/06/12 --- Economists are furiously debating whether home prices are "bouncing along the bottom," ready to rebound, or poised for another dip. Millions of prospective homeowners are eagerly awaiting the conclusion. After all, no one wants to invest in a money loser.

Since most people have zero job security it's silly for them to buy a house that will tie them down with an extremely long-term obligation. IMO the days of people rushing out to buy a house are over.

We gave Obama 3 years and $10 trillion to fix the problem and he failed.

Less Americans owning houses is what an Obama recovery looks like.

Why wouldn't we want four more years of this?

Does repeating a lie often enough really work. I assume you mean republicans like President Bush who asked Congress on numerous occasions to tighten regulations on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and was thwarted by Rep. Barney Frank who was, last time I checked, not a Republican.

This is rather like President Obama having a internet-based donation system designed that encourages fraud and encourages foreign nationals to donate and then pretending to blame those committing fraud and donating illegally. Or, fighting tooth and nail against any effort to reduce voter fraud and then being shocked, shocked mind you, when someone is arrested by a Republican.
