What they did never should have happened. Period. Someone needs to be held responsible.

On the other hand, they had all sorts of drugs and even had weapons... hard for me to feel sorry for this wannabe gangster. People like him are a plague to society.

I don't know. Regardless of his crimes he did not deserve what happened to him... He was getting high on 4/20. Lots of college kids do that... Not that it's acceptable (it's not) but this thread is not about his crimes but rather the crimes committed against him.

And this gang banger was so 'lucky' he even found a bag of meth to amuse himself with. My question is what 'solids' did he eat to go with the pee?
Too bad some one found him.

Dude. Really? You think this is the way our justice system should work? I disagree. Due process is a must.

You're right! Whoever found the scum should be fired! I have ZERO sympathy for gang bangers dealing drugs and likely guns.

I am skeptical that this kid is a gang banger. Do you think we should have due process or not?

This reminds me of a Harold and Kumar movie I saw when Harold gets sent Guantanamo prison. Life imitates art when the government get involved.

I agree, he never should have been left. Somebody messed up big time.

He might not be a gangbanger, but messing around with drugs (not just pot) with weapons around is usually a sign of someone who is going down that path.

Monetary compensation from the DEA?! How about monetary compensation from the individuals responsible for him almost dying.

This is what Collectivist brainwashing does to America. You think that the "group" should take the fall, ie. the DEA. Which really means you think that taxpayers ought to compensate this kid. Which means the people responsible will get away with it financially. Why should I have to pay for something which I don't even support?

Sorry. I reached my "Gosh he looks like such a nice college boy" BS quota when the "conga line of morons" who were the OJ jury let OJ walk just to get back at the "man". That was not justice. Letting Anthony walk wasn't justice. Having the LIB media incite death threats against GZ is not justice. The Asian gang banger in question richly deserves everything he got. But you know how 'lucky' Asians are. I mean who could be so lucky as to find a bag of meth in a DEA jail cell? He had the bag stuck up his butt and every one with an IQ higher than a slice of Wonder bread knows it.

Fine. The individual DEA employees should compensate him... But really that is still the DEA compensating him as that is where the employees get their money. So you really don't disagree with me as much as you think.

JUST IN! Obama now says he made a mistake about 'T' being like the son he never had. He actually meant this 'nice young college boy'. BTY, has anyone got the latest polling results regarding the "Asian vote"?
