Is he a flight risk.Obviously NOT.
Is he a danger to the Community. I doubt so.
What would STOP Zimmerman from having a higher Bond set and
    eligible for release.
I'm being told by MSNBC that the Bond hearing judge COULD pull a fast one
and reset the charge from 2nd degree to First degree murder and therefore
    No Bond possibility.
That in lieu of a Grand Jury needed for a higher charge.
    I think that's about right.

Agreed. Everyone knows who he is, so running is hard. And he is clearly too stupid to outwit everyone and stay hidden.

Well, he does shoot unarmed people walking down the street. But given the restrictions he would be under (GPS, no guns, etc.) I again agree.

The fact his original bond was revoked because he (and his equally stupid wife) lied to the court.

I don't know that.Is a Judge at a Bond hearing allowed the discretion to
establish a different or higher charge due to some plea made by the State or
the Prosecution.Plus will Zimmerman be asked to take the stand.Maybe to explain
his past statements about his net worth and ability to post bond/bail.

There is no way at a bond hearing the Judge is going to reset the charge. No way.

Lester said that George would have an opportunity to explain his actions.. so maybe the answer is yes.

Seriously though, I just saw Angela Corey. I am not trying to be catty of course, but would it have killed her to have brushed her hair? She was just whispering to BDLR and she looked terrible.

That ws priceless. So BDLR was trying to get the paypal guy to say that shuffeling money to other accounts is considered hiding, lol, and the guy from paypal says, you dont hide money online, you use cash, and the state rested with him, lol.

If anything the Judge is throwing this case out today.

I wonder why Gov. Rick Scott, Jeb Bush and the NRA and all the Florida Stand Your Ground Law pro-pundits aren't there to bribe the judge and the court with any bail amount can be paid by them ...

I tell you what ... let's discuss it after the hearing ...

Why is O'Mara showing the injuries? Is he going to ask the Judge to finally throw this out of court? Um, yes. LOVE IT.

Listening to it on the radio down here while I work. O'Mara is doing a very good job. Looks as though the Z's were very responsible with the funds.

The Prosecution will want to make a huge deal about "lying" about the money, if that's what it was, but when nothing nefarious was done with the money, the Defense can argue that they were just trying to shield themselves from the Press, from financial boycott, etc.

It's amazing how every prediction you guys make is wrong, yet you keep doing it. The Judge isn't throwing anything out.

That'll be a "me, myself, and I" discussion for you. Maybe you can find a couple assclowns to join in. But "us" won't be participating in that bloviating nonsense.

All this can go to an even lower bond as well.

Look like like O'Mara is doing another mini-trial at a bail hearing again ... should be good to listen to the usual law pundits afterwards ... except Dershowitz ... he's too hysterical ..

Yeah, like BDLR looks like hes passing a kidney stone. I bet he wants to be done with this as well, at least this way the Judge looks like the bad guy and the NBP's will go after him and not that warthog Corey, who should resign by the end of the day.
