    Is this why we elect Presidents? To ignore laws they don't like and do what ever they feel is best for us? If Barry wants to change the law, then do it the way the President is supposed to. Gather a coalition of legislators from both sides of the aisle, convince them this is what's best for the country. They then take it to their constituents and see which way they want him/her to vote on the matter. The issue then passes or fails due to the will of the people. Not what a handful of meglomaniacs feel is best for us and to hell with what we want. Let's get rid of 'em in November.
