Somebody is falling for the "Partial Birth Abortion" scam. Late term abortions are very rare, and they are overwhelmingly women who want a child, but there is something horribly wrong, that threatens the life of the mother. It's a procedure which is necessary and proper to save the life of the mother in the vast majority of cases.
