The obsession of our Mainstream Media over Mitt's statement is amazing and the bias is so bad it's hurting all credibility they once had. Here are just a few of the headlines put out by the Mainstream Media:

    (Bloomberg)
"Romney's Libya Reponse Fuels Foreign Policy Doubts."

    (Associated Press)
"Romney has few GOP echoes in criticism."

    (McClatchy)
"Romney breaks tradition by criticizing Obama on Libya, Egypt attacks"

    (Reuters)
"Blasting Obama on Libya and Egypt, Romney accused of opportunism"

Now the all have some very short memories. Let's review Barack Obama's criticisms of George Bush on Iraq and Afghanistan while he was running for office.

Were these same press sources critical of Barack Obama? Let's review:

They said not a word about Barack Obama doing it on George Bush's watch.

Where was the media's critique of the tweets coming from the official U.S. Government account? Let's review those tweets:

They actually tweeted this and re-confirmed it in another tweet during the attack on the embassy. WTF? Where is the media on this?

Again, the media can be bias by choosing not to cover very relevant issues or bury them.

I guess you can't discern the difference between criticising the president DURING an attack on us interests and criticising the president on the valildity of the two wars he launched.

The tweets from the embassy were made hours before the attack in a failed attempt to diffuse the tensions. the embassy staff were on the ground and called the shot on this. It didnt' work.

Romney takes the opportunity to falsely accuse obama of sympathising with the attackers and of apologising (seems he thought the memo and tweets were from the obama administration and not from the embassy - oops)

Naturally when a candidate for president jumps the gun and issues a statement condemning not only the president but also the dedicated american public servants as disgraceful apologists that become the news story. Generally one doesn't take political advantage when america is attacked.

Your man jumped the gun and created a totally avoidable political crisis for himself. To me this little clusterphuck on his part demonstrates that he is not presidential material. Sure he looks the part and when not under pressure can even sound the part, but it appears he cant act the part.

What you WON'T read is that the Obama scumbags didn't denounce the Egyptian embassy apology until AFTER Romney called them out. It was bang, band. Romney issued an embargoed statement, the press leaked it instantly to the WH and the WH attempted to beat Romney to the punch.

The Egyptian embassy statement was an affront to all American values. The WH let it stand for most of the day.
