    after a unexpected visit to the ER for a suspected stroke(no stroke) MDs informed me I was on track for an imminent stroke/cardiac arrest/organ failure due to dangerously high blood pressure...55lb weight loss, regular meds and monitored by a home blood pressure device my Bp is now under control and normal, I should have a normal lifespan...

    I bought a pill dispenser labeled for seven week days...simple foolproof device that reminds me if I miss a day of medication and it only cost me one dollar...
