We need less corporate government control absolutely. They used to call it corruption, now they call it "investing in energy", "investing in the farmer" "bringing jobs to such and such city". We also need less government control over people's lives. Give people the freedom to choose where they send their kid to school for example. I am tired of people saying "It is the parents!" Well have you stopped to think maybe the parents went to that same failing school and they can't read either? Because I have met some in tutoring, and that is the case. They want more for their kids, but cannot give them the education they deserve so they send them to school. But government taxes the parent and forces the child into a school they know by their own measure is failing. After about a decade of that, that kid is going to be behind. That is big government. That has to go as well.

    Indeed so.

If you have less government power, there is less there for corporations (or unions, or environmental extremists or whoever) to control at the expense of the people.

Less government is a good thing across the board.

With every state having a Education Department, why do we need a Federal one? Can't the government set the standard and allow states to carry it through?

What kills me are the people that defend more central control. Crony Capitalism is the outcome yet they are blind to it.

Crapitalism in any form is destructive. Our society highlights that fact better than anything.

So you think that the best living conditions ever experienced by man in history is a bad thing? Go figure.

The net effect is destructive. Look at our corporate society today. A dysfunctional government, banks "too big to fail" guaranteed to have their gambling losses covered by the taxpayer, enormous unresolvable debt and the economy on the brink of collapse (after already ALMOST having done so in 2008). The economy has already died. It's just that people are ignorant and corporate accountants are great at smoke and mirrors.

Its still better than authoritarian fascism, but yes it has poisoned amerika in its own unique and horrific ways.

Whenever a government has more and more money there will be an incentive for corruption. It is that simple.

Someone always controls your life. Get over it. A large country is corrupted and destroyed, a small country is annexed.

Forget explaining it to them. They will never see the light. They sit in their fantasy land of a bubble, watching the smoke and mirror show. What gets me the most though, is how on earth do these people not see what is unfolding before their very eyes. I mean, it is staring them straight in the face and they can't see what's going on. What Capitalism could have been, should have been, and was designed to do,unfortunately has slowly been evolving since its inception into our society. It was a fantasy land system that was destined to fail. The evolution of Capitalism has reached its 180 degree cap. The article is a result of that.

Whenever a CORPORATION has more and more money there will be massive incentive for corruption as well. Yes, it IS pretty simple to comprehend.

You're being tricked. Spoiled Heirhead snobs run Liberalism and are driven by class instinct to make government unworkable. Why do you think that these people are sincere? They lie to themselves about what really motivates them. Quit believing what you are told about what side powerful people are really on. If you listen to the expensively financed media, you are only hearing voices.

Also, since Limousine Liberals are spoiled and pampered, they feel it is beneath them to get down to the nitty gritty of running government. Always dreaming of the old nobility that enabled all Heirheads, they like to sit on their office thrones and fantasize about exciting achievements, which most real work isn't. They are bored rich kids looking for a thrill.

We must eliminate this elitist clique whether it pretends to be Liberal or Conservative, both nonsense ideologies invented by the spoiled and the rotten. It controls government, business, media, and education and has dragged unprivileged Americans to the brink of disaster. By allowing hereditary rights, we have become an occupied country, because Heirheads don't belong in a free society. Their fathers are trash too, because if they believe they have a right to set up their sons, then they must have made their own money through luck or cheating.

And the money that the government was given for the corruption to occur came from? Come on, you can do it. If we don't admit these things now, we'll wish we had later.

That's all from geek inventors. Because they are wimps, they let the no-talent rich own their inventions and take credit for progress. The rich are parasites and make no positive contribution. But they have the money to buy propaganda saying that we owe everything to them.

High IQs should stop using their brains to help out this ungrateful society that worships the Capitaliban Caliphate. We should use our brains to hack into the parasites' bank accounts and confiscate the wealth they stole from us. If we're smart enough to do that, we're smart enough to learn how not to get caught.

How so? It will only have more incentive to invest, and increase its market share. If it cannot buy services, special treatment, contracts, or protection from the government, there is little reason for them to spend their money there. Corporations cannot force you to pay them, only government can force you to pay. What has Nike ever done to you? If you do not pay your Nike bill, do they come to your house armed, ready to take you away to be confined by force, and beaten into submission should you resist? Because that is what the government does. Nike puts Tiger Woods on a commercial and hopes you think you will improve your golf swing.

Your 'best living conditions' have been predicated upon unsustainable subsidy. Those entitlement days are over.

Not to mention he's going to put himself in a pickle if he goes and answers my question. Especially when he knows there's only one answer.

And of course if you didn't trade anything for your labor, you have only yourself to blame.
