This part of the reason that America is in this bind. No one can concede to the other side. The other side cant be right, ever. To the Republican, the liberal has nothing to contribute. To the Democrat, the conservative's opinion is not important. This plague of stubbornness and intolerance of other people's opinions has helped to corrupt our political system, and endangers the integrity of a nation that was built on diversity. We, as a nation, need to relearn what it is to respect and value others' opinions, and to compromise. Thoughts?
