    I haven't missed a show in 12 years straight.

Aside from the pathetic "Attitude Era" I've been watching since I was a kid.

Basically 34+ years, and I've seen all of it.

That being said, I cannot remember a grappler who has pulled THIS MUCH love from a crowd in my entire life.

Not even Hulk Hogan drew this kind of adoration.

Daniel Bryan has single-handedly brought upon us a new Golden Era.

It feels like its 2001-2006 all over again, as far as product.

But this time, the crowd is as equally as intense as the performers with appreciation.

I always knew the American Dragon had amazing potential when I first saw him in ROH back in 2002.

But I would've never predicted he would become the new Messiah of rassling.

My gf almost cried because of the intensity and beautiful meaningfulness of what we saw on Monday night involving DB and the Shield.

I'm so friggin excited about what I'm seeing, its leaving me breathless.

This is truly an amazing and historical time in professional wrestling.

Thank God its back like it is, full force.

    I can't get enough!

    P.S.
    Football is lame.
Be a real man, Leave the pigskin behind, and get up on that Sport of Kings.

I stopped watching for awhile. Usually come back to see what is going on and I can't believe that guys like Punk and Danielson are as over as they are. I just wish Joe would get signed because TNA can't seem to realize any potential.

I've seen Stone Cold during attitude era and Daniel Bryan not that long a go and I can attest that Stone Cold has the biggest pop but that could change.

Bryan using the running knee as his finisher is all kinds of awesome.

We'll see if the "YES and NO" chant has the same longevity as the "WHAT" chant.

I have grown to hate the "what?" chant. Every damn promo there is someone yelling it.

Those are used when Bryan is involved which is a little different than yelling it when people are talking who has never been associated with Stone Cold. They were yelling it during a Dusty Rhodes promo last night.

I'll have to take your word for it. It is pretty crazy that a guy who was supposedly too small and not a good enough personality is the most over guy in the company. The guy used to wrestle classics in front of 500 people.

I don't think it's that crazy. Benoit, Jericho, Guerrero, Mysterio have all been WWE Champions.
Granted Jericho and Eddie had the personality. Benoit and Mysterio didn't.

Very true. I admit I pretty much stopped watching shortly after the Benoit thing because it just kinda bummed me out, but he was never as over as Bryan is right now, except for maybe after the Wrestlemania finish. I don't remember those other guys being as over either. I think you are right that he is more at Stone Colds level right now.

Jericho was over the most of those guys for sure.

Daniel became a fan fave when Vince burried him at Wrestlemania making him drop the wwe title to sheamus in 8 seconds a few years a go.

I dont think hes at stone cold level. I doubt anyone will ever be! Its hard to compare.
I like Punk and Ziggler more than Bryan.

    Current In ring work skill:
    1. Ziggler
    2. Bryan
    3. Rollins
    4. Cody
    5. Sheamus

All enjoy great charisma and general overness.

Only Rollins and maybe Ziggs need a few mic lessons and a few good storylines, and they'll be the true core for the next 7 or 8 years.

There are several guys from TNA I would love to see come over to the big time, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Bobby Roode, James Storm, Magnus, would absolutely love these guy to be in the WWE, then we wouldn't be saddled with guys like Daniel Bryan, and Damien Sandow, sorry when these guys come on TV I would rather watch Lifetime network for women.

So no RVD, wow. Alberto Del Rio? Hmmph. Jack swagger has plenty more skill than 4 people on your list, as well as Curtis Axel. I believe Kofi Kingston does as well. But that's my opinion.

I'm talking about best move sellers, best hitters, best crowd workers, all in one performer.

ADR almost made it on my list, but he's been too slow lately.
RVD is played out. His moves aren't believable.
Kofi hits everything way too softly.
Axels OK, but not a standout.
Swagger is a stiff with a very dumb looking face.
Cesaro would get on my list way sooner than Jack.

I can understand what you are saying, here's the thing with Axel, I believe we are about to see a turn with him, Heyman will push him to the side in favor of Ryback. And then you will see what the kid really has. I disagree on Swagger, he has all the tools, that amatuer background is priceless and makes his in ring technique look effortless, at least to me. He is very believable. The lisp, like Cody Rhodes is very hard for me to get past, very hard...

Axel very well could be a breakout sleeper star. I see it too.
Swaggers lisp doesn't annoy me. His work in ring is solid, but that's all he has.

Dutch Mantell (Zeb Coulter) will teach him the rest of the skills he needs.

Why do you think he was put with Mantell? I just don't see Bryan being around much longer, I've been wrong before, but as a lifelong watcher, HHH is correct, Bryan at this time does not have the chops to carry the company. His gimmick is already old hat for me. Its been done ad nauseum, and better. WWE has become so predictable its sickening. I find myself looking more forward to TNA than either any of the WWE shows. Right now the talent is simply better, the storylines are better. Daniel Bryan as "the man" isn't going to get the job done. Vince better come up with something quick, or he may lose his strangle hold on the industry. His arrogance has already lost him some really good talent. Hogan has revitalised several careers Vince thought to be done. Jeff Hardy, Ken Anderson, to name a couple. Frankly, I would put AJ Styles up against anyone in the WWE. I mean, its like this, who is going to face the Undertaker at Wrestlemania next year? Why did Vince have to bring the Rock back? Or Lesner? Cause it was getting to the point that even Mr. Fruity Pebbles himself, John Cena has gone stale. WWE will recover, but that recovery will not be with Daniel Bryan at the wheel. I think he will get a run, and fall back to his place as a midcard talent. For example, take Christian, how long did it take him to get that top spot? How long was his run? He's a better in ring talent and better on the mic than Bryan. His run lasted 2 months, after 15 years of service. It is just my opinion, but to me, Daniel Bryan does not have that it factor to carry the company. You have to ask yourself, if he is so great, why did it take so long to get to the WWE?

AJ Styles? The guy gives some of the worst promos. He is decent in the ring but he isn't even close to Bryan in workrate or on the mic,

Ken Anderson has had one decent match in the last year and a half and Bully Ray had to carry him to that. He is (*)(*)(*)(*) in the ring and was basically fired from WWE because he couldn't stop hurting people with his sloppiness..
