There's no way some of these Refs, Coaches, Owners, Board Members and select players AREN'T in on it. Pro teams break no laws by fixing games. Their only obligation is to provide ticket holders a football game. Who could ever prove that a QB meant to miss a particular pass, or that a DB missed a crucial pick on purpose? College fixes are illegal, which is the only reason why people occasionally get caught making moves at that level. However, most college fixes are entirely untraceable.
