    People would be better off just to eat less and more often though that always makes me feel starving.

    It always amuses me to see the endless ads on TV advertising everything under the sun. Every single one of the models is thin, flat-chested, and very attractive.

    Where are the REAL ones? Like shown in the above picture?

    The only thing even close is Mike and Molly and the trailers for it are enough for me. :roll:

    Tomatoes, onions, and squash are a big part of my diet.
    Bananas, oranges, lemons, and apples.
    rice, oatmeal, cheerios and corn flakes
    Chicken, fish, eggs, ground turkey, sliced turkey breast and lean ham
    cheese[blue, munster,cheedar,havarti,swiss] yogurt, and cottage cheese, 1% milk
    Whole grain wheat bread and foccacia
    Mushrooms, green peppers, carrots, celery, brocolli,
    Green and black olives and lettuces round out my must-haves
