This is also for anyone who thinks that Phil Robertson's right to free speech was stifled.

 

Yep, pretty much. The government may not interfere with your freedom of expression (though they do this now in some cases, e.g. protests), but neither are they required to make everyone else listen to you or accommodate you in their establishment or on their broadcast medium/forum/whatever.
