    Since they mounted a coup in Kiev on February 22 with the aid of oligarchs and fascists, the United States and its allies in NATO have outlined measures against Russia that are tantamount to an unofficial declaration of war

    well, then Russia might as well launch a pre-emptive nuclear strike upon the USA,

    You must be kidding ? All that Ukrainian mess is the consequences of dirty American political games ,not Russian. Russia peaceful country that is always ready for defense.

    Right, right... from influencing Yanko to shun the EU agreement, to not being involved in Crimea, to installing Askyonov, building up military in the east, fomenting unrest...and opining on just about everything in Ukraine that is no business of Russia.. sure.. Russia has had nothing to do with anything.

    Pure innocent russia.. just sitting about exerting hegemony over countries it formerly dominated...with military amassed... poor poor russia..

    By the way, New York Time is an example of intoxication and disinformation ... from ...1859? maybe 1861? Do you want to review their editorials on the period 1851-1861 or 1895-1898?

    So, yes New York Time is not the Virgin Mary and Is not a reliable source of information... The Revealed Truth ... not for the New York Time ...really...
