I realize that this is almost a year old, but I found this debate to be too good to pass without sharing. I don't know if I agree with him on the UK's ties to the US, but I like his thoughts on the European Union. Government is best when as representative as possible. The smallest minority is the individual, so my preferences for the location of sovereignty are in order; individual, local, state, national, regional, international. Opinions?
