More specifically- Scott never asked for Romney's BC. Even though he became a Birther before that campaign, never once did he demand that Romney be required to prove his eligibility. Because it isn't about eligiblity- it is all about Obama. Birthers demand this one specific candidate- and President- go to bizarre lengths to establish his eligiblity- while demanding nothing from any previous- or contemporary candidates.
Except that when John McCain told people who wanted to see his BC to sod off and refused point blank to release it, Scotte and his fellow birthers didn't give a toss. Not saying anything against McCain for doing that, by the way. It was exactly the right thing to do. On the BS of the first post, Scotte knows damn well that in order for him to have a look "inside the vault" it would need a Hawaii Court order (as the Hawaii Court would be the only court that could grant that form of relief and a court order is specificly mentioned in Hawaii statutes), so the birthers would have to mount a challenge in Hawaii and put forward all their (lack of) evidence. Considering that Hawaii is pretty much the only place Birthers haven't filed a lawsuit, they know damn well that they would he laughed out of court, followed by getting sat on by Dog the Bounty Hunter.
