What on earth is going on here? I honestly thought our neighbors to the north were rich in farm produce. Shelves well-stocked with reasonable prices. Possibly because the crane got fixed within a day or two? Or maybe those people were left to starve to death and everyone was too polite to notice. Its kinda like if the supply plane had a breakdown in Alaska and couldn't get fresh food to remote villages.
