The Luftwaffe March (aka “Aces High” March) sounds Prussian as hell but was written by American Ron Goodwin for a movie in 1969.

Basil Poledouris is an American of Greek extraction but he wrote this back in the 80s ... which sounds very Russian.

Caveat: Russian speakers tell me the vocalists aren’t Russian speakers.

Very catchy tunes nevertheless and are still used.

I really think aces high sounds British.

For the most part all the best Europe marches are British. The British Grenadiers, Lilliburlero, Heart of Oak, Handel, the highland marches. The Prussians had good marches aswell. Of the earlier 1900's marches the US ones where the best. The British stuff by Elgar was crap.
