I, too. have a dream that some day a black man and a white man will meet on the street and the black man won't ask the white man for money or call him a racist because his family comes first. I, too, have a dream that they will: encourage each other. pray for each other. not judge each other on the color of their skin. not expect the other to support them love each other as Christ loved the church. Yes, I, too, have a dream. This is in no way to be disrespectful of ML King, jr and his famous speech. In fact, it is in line with his speech and not in line with what the hard-lined left-winged extremist knee-jerk reactionary left wants us to accept as the norm. Let's stop judging each other on the color of their skin. As soon as the left stops their self righteous judgmental actions then racism will die the death it deserves. It's up to the left. Are they honestly willing to stop promoting racism?
My dreams usually just involve two hot girls and a lot of frustration because they keep turning into lizards. Then I wake up.
Sometimes I realize I am dreaming and can actually control my dreams. A recurring dream I have is of a zombie apocalypse, but I've had the dream so many times that I usually recognize it as a dream and can make weapons appear and can make myself have super powers like Neo in the Matrix. Surprisingly, about 10% of the population can do the same thing. Once you get the hang of it, its really kind of awesome.
Are there any gay characters in your zombie apocalypse you want to be politically correct like The Walking Dead is about to be. GEEZ!!
And don't forget that Green Lantern is now gay and they are turning Thor into a woman. Can't wait to see which one they are going to make handicapped next.
I too have a dream. I dream we can return to government run according to the Constitution. I dream that big government would be cut in half. I dream that government would stay out of the lives of all its citizens. I dream of welfare going ONLY to the very young, the very old, and the infirm. Not to lazy drones that just dont want to work. I dream of a Fed balanced budget!!!!!

Through a little effort pretty much anyone can lucid dream. Take some melatonin before sleep (encourages REM sleep). Set an alarm for about 4 hours in, then wake up and lay in bed trying to remember the dream you just interrupted. For some reason I don't get nightmares btw - idk, everyone's different I guess.

And yet we have 'owned' them brutalized them,constitutionally legally 'exterminated' them then marginalized them socially economically and POLITICALLY. Now just DESPISE them and heap layer and layer of social ills, character flaws, our fears and inflict our on SELF HATRED on them. I only wish part of your prayers would come true. We are NO where near your wishes. Ironically as we SELF PROCLAIM more than ever our CHRISTIANITY we are unmitigated hypocrites when it comes, in particular, to this group. Why not actually LIVING up to your or Dr. King's dream and not make it a punch line on political board??

My dream is that black folks someday stop taunting me and my lady friend in local restaurant buffets, which we frequent almost daily (senior citizen's discount, you know). All too often when we are seated near black folks, they will, rather "jokingly," speak of controversial and provocative racist topics while making sure we can overhear them. It's obvious that they are taunting and deliberately trying to provoke and draw us and other whites into a racially-oriented conversation. We don't dare fall for it. We just keep on minding our on business while being subjected to their insulting conversation. A few weeks ago, a black female, craving attention and being ignored by whites, got into our faces and offered to give us her toddler. When we declined her "precious blossom," she said if the toddler were white, we would want it, and accused us of being racists. My companion told her that she thought it was illegal for someone to offer to give away a child, or for someone to accept a child as a gift. Thankfully, the conversation abruptly ended. I was fearful of an attack. I have a dream -- just leave us alone and let us eat in peace. Are we racists?
Silly question. Have you only been asked for money by people of color? Where I live, whites are sitting on their front porch or standing at the street corner, asking for help. Not to dismiss your quest for equality, but the first paragraph negates the intend of the 'dream'.
This is bordering in off-topic, but... I don't remember the outrage when Steve Rogers was out of commission before and Bucky took up his mantle. But now that he is out of commission again and his other long time partner Sam Wilson (The Falcon, who is black) has taken the mantle I have seen outrage. I also don't remember the calls of "just being PC" when Barbara Gordon (Batgirl) was shot in the spine and confined to a wheelchair for decades in comics. Heroes go out of commission and others fill in for them all the time (such as when Black Panther filled in for Daredevil), it's part of the story, but just saying it is to be PC is wrong. As for the Thor thing, we don't know who is taking up the Thor mantle, we just know that Thor Odinson is out of commission for a while.

I can only think of one time when a white guy asked me for money. The other times it's been black men, never a woman. The last time I was taking a whiz in the men's room and it was the first time in a long time I wasn't called a racist for not giving him money. Come to think of it, it was in a popular entertainment part of the city and he was dressed very well. I have no problem with people holding a sign on a street corner. They almost always say they're a 'veterans', too. Odd, those people I've seen have only been white. I've not seen Mexicans, Asians, Blacks or anyone else holding a sign at an intersection. The first paragraph negates nothing.
I dream of two billion people in this world secretly worshiping me as though i were the perfect and ultimate god, including one hundred million people in America. They follow my every statement as though it were the gospel. And they'd enact changes in a nonviolent manner using the system of alw first.
