The Senate pushing a CyberSpying bill called CISA which means Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2014 will allow MASSIVE NSA SPYING and make Spying by the NSA LEGAL http://www.theguardian.com/commenti...-secret-cybersecurity-information-sharing-act CISA also ends Net Neutrality Online http://www.usnews.com/news/articles...ty-fears-overshadow-senate-cybersecurity-vote The bill also allows your Internet Service Provider or ISP to have complete Immunity from lawsuits regardless of contract to give your private and personal information to law enforcement WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF CONSENT and even sell your information to third parties and this includes Private e-mails, Cell Phone Texts and calls, Webpage visits, Social Security Numbers, Financial Information and under CISA that would be all legal and your ISP and Search Engines would make money from selling your information to third parties. Now the Senate politicians thanks to the JP Morgan Chase hack is trying to push CISA which You can the bills number in the Senate is S.2588 and are trying to push CISA through either before the Congress mid term elections or after the Mid Term Elections https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/u-s...y-cyber-legislation-jpmorgan-chase-bank-hack/ Sadly Senators like Jeff Markey of Massachusetts who opposed Net Neutrality online http://www.markey.senate.gov/news/p...-in-call-to-reclassify-broadband-as-a-utility Now support CISA even though there is Net Neutrality in the CISA bill as I have mentioned before. http://thehill.com/policy/technology/219675-lawmakers-push-cyber-law-after-jpmorgan-hack The Congress or House has already passed CISPA Cyber Spying bill http://www.zdnet.com/cispa-passes-u-s-house-death-of-the-fourth-amendment-7000014205/ So if CISA passes the Senate KISS PRIVACY AND THE 4th AMENDMENT GOODBYE while your ISP and Search Engines make money selling your personal information.

I urge you all to call the Senate at 2022243121 and telll the nice operator your Zip Code and tell your 2 Senators NO TO CISA S.2588 The Cyberspying bill. You can also e-mail your Senators by clicking here http://www.senate.gov/

Please as well sign these 2 petitions below

Petition is from the Electronic Frontier Foundation, fighting for civil liberties online . Please sign and help stop CISA S.2588 https://act.eff.org/action/stop-the-cybersecurity-information-sharing-act-of-2014

The other is from Fight for the Future another internet advocacy group fighting to keep the internet open and free for all http://www.cispaisback.org/

Of you wish Call or e-mail Senator Markey of Massachusetts and let him know CISA ends Net Neutrality and unless the Democrats want less voters in this years election and hope keep the Senate NO TO CISA S.2588 the CYBERSPYING BILL http://www.markey.senate.gov/office-locations

Washington Phone Number for Senator Markey 202-224-2742

Banks Are Using Your Secretly Obtained Personal Data to Battle Cyber Heists
Oct 28, 2014 — Financial institutions are under siege by cyber criminals scouring “secure” data files and mounting assaults on every point of entry to your assets. Online banking, ATM locations, bank lobbies and even phone-based customer service are all at risk. But banks are fighting back in an effort to curb the rampant rip-offs, even if it means taking initiatives involving your most personal data -- without your permission.

the newest technology a few of my banks are using for debit and credit cards is the ability to set my cards to page me on my cell phone when a purchase is made, and these are real time, when I use a card at the store, I get paged a couple seconds later.... add that with the ability to disabled cards from your cell, this could really take a bite out of credit card crimes

In March in Australia we had malware that circumvented the two step authentication by layering a second screen over your banking mobile app.
It was an android problem only and also only when users downloaded apps not from playstore.

Sophisticated malware detected that steals online banking passwords, thwarts text authentication
