Dashcam video clears NJ man; Cops now indicted

    The New Jersey prosecutor pretended to be unaware of the dashcam video but Marcus Jeter's lawyer didn't. Jeter would've been locked up for 5 years if the prosecutor had his way. Video shows the officers beating Jeter while yelling "stop going for my gun" and "stop resisting" but the dashcam video in the police car facing Jeter's vehicle shows him getting beat up for no reason.

    So it IS possible to get cops indicted.

    This case is an exception because the prosecutor was caught trying to protect the police and lock up an innocent man for 5 years.

    The the prosecutor should also be indicted.

    Powerful people here are rarely indicted. It depends on who commits the crime.

    True enough in many societies, unfortunately.
