Definitely. But I need that. It helps me practice my English. If you grow up with a handful of languages like me, you have to practice all of them on daily bases...

Well, did you ever master the Enochian alphabet? (I used the term "Enochian" only as a common reference.)

    Nope. :roflol:

The languages I have to practice every day give me enough of a headache. I don't know if it easier or harder that all of them use the same alphabet.
I am to lazy to learn the Cyrillic alphabet really, to see whether this will make it easier for me or not. I do speak some Serbian, so I really would have "only" to learn the alphabet.
I did have to learn the Gothic alphabet though. It just added to the overall confusion...

Well, at least I don't have the headache that you must suffer. Have a good day.

I got delivered of that 'sin' (playing 'their' game of contention) a couple of years ago! Except now & then I have to 'help the Holoy Spirit out' and expose the atheist hypocrites.....[IMG]

I get them to play 'my' game, discussing some truth with humor.

They try to get to me, but as the scripture says, "You shall know (& have personally experienced) the truth, and the truth will set you free." Humor shows how non-seriously I take their folly..

I carry that MO over to Politics as ideological minds are made up and 'one' cant change them, so make your point with humor so as not to be like them!

As a Christian, follower of the words of Christ, dont get to the point of having 'hard feelings' toward someone..that could border on 'sinning' (aka, 'missing the mark', set by the One who deserved to hold a grudge---but didnt)

If a sighted person tried to explain 'colors' to a person blind from birth, and the blind person laughed at the concept, shudnt the sighted person 'feel sorry for the blind person and not feel contempt for him?

Glad you asked. Nope! I am hoping that he has a great day in the remembrance of the alleged date of the birth of Jesus.

To the OP, your life matters and what you think matters. It is never a waste of time sharing your thoughts with others.

Unfortunately, on forums such as this one and with discussions pertaining to God, religion, and spirituality, the only matter that is important to non-theists is the opportunity to harass the Theists. But such is the Free Speech laws. But that door swings both ways.,,, hence the futility spoken of.

Dearest Inc, you know quite well that we (atheists) have not been allowed to even exist, much less talk about atheism, these past thousand years. And you also know quite well that no questioning of religion has ever been tolerated.

With this in mind, surely you can find it in your Christian heart to applaud our tolerant and peaceable approach to religion. Imagine if atheists actually used the same methods the church used to silence the opposition :)

Oh, that's not how you described it when I offered you the same.

    Ohhhhh...this is all about 'payback!"

For something our ancestors did, huh?

Give me your lineage, crank, and I'll find something your ancestors did to condemn you....

Guess the atheists have lost the high ground as they are proving that they are just as despicable as the Christians they attack....[IMG]

Exposing yourself and your ideas to conflict is never a waste of time.

That is because you have (during the time of my knowing your online presence) given me cause to offer you the description that was given to you.

Please cite an example of where Atheists (during the past thousand years) have been exterminated (taken out of existence) by Christians. That would mean all Atheists because the manner you used to describe the scenario would include all Atheists.

People, including my family members, believe that talking animals are actually real.....so remedying THAT (removing delusion from their mind) seems to be very constructive and productive. I do this because I care.

So you care by deceiving them. How about talking parrots? Are they also delusions? Parrots are animals.

I can imagine him doing that and would like to believe that.... but when it comes to the usual players on this forum, I have grown a bit skeptical with regard to their character. Hopefully the Lord will forgive me if I am in error on this one.

His toned down answer was unexpected per his past performances..but he has posted some things that seemed to justify his anger and lashing out.....'good will towards men' is part of the healing brought to earth by Christ to All men.

And 'hope' (things that havnt manifested as of yet) is a spiritual principle worthy of giving the benefit of the doubt.
