    Israel frequently bombs their infrastructure.. thousands of homes plus mosques, airports and power plants.

    One of the conditions of the Saudi Peace Initiative was that the oil rich Arab states would invest in rapidly developing infrastructure and job creation.

    We are talking about Gaza, not the entire Palestinian terretories, Gaza alone got funds, they had one city to fix but invested most of it in "underground metro systems", poor choice unless they enjoy the fruits of it.
