Welcome to the bar, folks. Life's too short to argue politics all the time so grab you a barstool and take a load off. Everybody's welcome here... NO POLITICS ALLOWED.

Beer's cold, coffee's hot and the kitchen is always open. Make yourself at home. [IMG]

Aw, hell. that's embarrassing. My suspenders are all twisted, my shirt's coming un-tucked in the back, and my hair's a mess. Oh, well, at least I haven't hit the floor yet. That's a good thing, right?:alcoholic:
    Enjoy!

Huh ! What... just some ordinary Bar & Grill.? I bet it has a formica bar.
Probably chairs from the 50's with hard plastic seats in pastel colors
and steel girders for legs.Probably has cutsey names for the restroom like
Dude for the gents and Cowgirl for the gals.
Don't tell me ... One them 10 gallon glass jars for the pickled eggs.
Admit ... you've lost it.Yer touch. Can't even come up with some
fancy schmancy name for a grill. You should have held a Smarty
    - name a bar - contest.Of course I would have won.
Hands down. Like in a western. Don't Shoot ... Hands Down.

Except I don't live in the west...
No male Texan could sound as horrible as a coyote, especially when it is more than one howling. An eerie sound for sure.

No, Texans didn't do galoshes. Or sleds for that matter. The only place you were likely to get snow was West Texas and it's flat as a pancake until you get to Big Bend. We've got a few good hills in my part of town and when it snowed, we made sleds outta pieces of cardboard. Just like kids in Dallas still do. I remember a couple of 'rich kids' who owned actual sleds but we all figured they were Yankees. ;)

Oooh, I can imagine, daise. My ringtone is a wolf howling because it's the only one that ALWAYS gets my attention... and everybody around me as well. "What's that????"

Thought of you when I saw these beauties outside the Cowboy Church on Sunday. They're taller than me and there are lots more. Awesome.

A coyote yipping or howling is an eerie sound for sure. One will start and then the rest chime in and it kind of escalates. The other day I saw three horses chasing one across their pasture. I wonder if he was one of them howling or yipping whatever, getting back at the horses for chasing him. Payback.

I love cactus or is it cacti..for plural, anyhow whatever.

Howdy folks. Yes, coyotes sound very eerie, even worse when they have pups. It seems they are steadily increasing in numbers. Not sure if that is good or bad.

Not good, they have been known to eat small animals. I guess anything smaller than they are would be fair game. Spring is coming and all the wild animals that are not so aggressive will be hatching or birthing. We have quite a few wild turkeys, quails and fox squirrels that will be having young that will be vulnerable for a coyote attack. I haven't seen the family of fox squirrels lately and I hope it is the weather that is keeping them in their homes and not a coyote meal.

Peeshaw, y'all should live in the big city... We've got all kinds of dangerous animals here and they all walk on 2 legs.

    Well, most do.

Up and running again, I see. Was afraid somebody pulled the plug.
