Well, at what point do we say enough is enough? I don't even like Obama, but those are some pretty bold words.

Anyone still think we should have sympathy for them, or that we can beat them with hugs and kisses? Maybe we should try the 'leave them alone and they'll go away' approach.

No one on the forum has ever been sympathetic towards ISIS.

Yeah. Instead they just denied that islamists were seeking to establish the caliphate they already have, and crap like that. The "JV", remember?

Maybe you should read up on what a Caliphate is.

Maybe you should open your eyes and pull your fingers out your ears and actually pay attention to what is going on around you instead of constantly getting your panties in a wad everytime someone criticizes Islam!

A Caliphate is an Islamic government...sounds like you are the one who needs to do some reading.

Spreading disinformation and fear is sloppy.. The Muslim world hates ISIS ... They can call themselves anything they want but it doesn't make it so.

No kidding. Isn't Saudia Arabia, Jordan, Iran, and others fighting ISIS? Are they not Muslim too or does that hurt the neo-cons narrative so they'd rather put their head in the sand?

    And what is your point?

They want to establish a caliphate and make the US a muslim province, behead people on the internet in pursuit of that goal and your response is "Maybe you should read up on what a caliphate is"? :omfg:

Also, isn't ISIS supposedly losing ground in Mosul?

So why hasn't the Muslim world declared open warfare against them?

I don't mean sending some aide or a few soldiers or allowing us in their airspace. I mean all-out open warfare.

If they're really against extremist Islam then why are they not explicitly at war with it?

Maybe because some folks don't wanna be involved in war? Ever consider that?

Neither do we. But if they care about their religion being hijacked to such an extent then they need to do something about it. Unless of course they don't actually disagree with them.

Because whether they want it or not war is going to be upon them. And if they don't stand up and fight against the extremists then they can get wiped out right along with them.

No one is obligated to fight wars or do anything. Also, there's the fact that some folks just aren't physically fit to fight extremists.

No, but some idiot woman claimed that we need to feel sorry for them. Same thing.

No they're not. However when they get grouped together with the same people that are trying to cut off people's heads, threaten American citizens and threaten to turn the us into an Islamic state then they can remind themselves that they were not obligated to fight against the extremists but the prudent thing would have been to do so while they're running for their lives away from the full might and power of the U.S. military. Or when they're grieving the loss of a loved one who died in an attack because we couldn't differentiate him from them.

Fair warning has been given. Either fight against the Muslim extremists or fight against the USA.

Choose which side you are on.

Those countries have armies with soldiers in them, you those that are actually PAID to fight wars... What's keeping the Saudis, the UAE and Jordan from sending their tanks, artillery and soldiers to help the Iraqi? You know their muslim brothers...

I doubt that Obama is very worried about ISIS, although, based on recent weird events that have occurred in (and over) the White House, it might be an ideal place for terrorists to stage such a beheading. If ISIS manages to actually do it somehow, the video will "go viral"....

Ha! Maybe they'd make a movie patterned after "Seal Team Six: The Raid on Osama bin Laden"... they could call it "ISIS Team Six: The Raid on Obama been Stupid"....

There isn't agreement among the islamos who or how a caliph is chosen but the ISIS boys like the definition "Commander of the Believers" so the idea of a caliphate is very fragmented. The first caliphs of islamoism were killed in war or assassinated by disbelievers in their caliph-ness so maybe Allah has never really liked Arab crazy men.

All religions are myths so it doesn't matter what the religion of hate and death thinks a caliphate is.

Right.. Bahrain was a media revolt.. The day of their really big protest 300 Americans crossed the causeway for a golf tournament.

Don't believe all the crap you read in the press.
