Gay marriage and marijuana are being legalized at the same time. Leviticus 20:13 - If a man lays with another man, he should be stoned Coincidence?
Why are Liberals only "liberal" when it comes to some things? Is there somewhat of an inherent tradeoff? Can we have more freedoms one place but that means we have to sacrifice freedoms somewhere else? Or is there an inherent drive to want to exert control over society—though where that control should be directed differs depending on one's political ideology. And is the Libertarian ideology really that unreasonable? I mean, if the conservatives want guns and freedom to choose how one's own money is spent, and the liberals want drugs and same-sex partnerships, well, what's so terrible if we had both?
How many laws do we really need? How many of the laws we have are really that beneficial? Not allowed to kill, not allowed to physically harm (unless in defense), no rape, no stealing, have to pay your taxes, these are the basic fundamentals. (I'm oversimplifying a bit, but you understand what I am saying here)
While I agree that there are way to many regulations and laws, this does not mean we have to eliminate them altogether. Common sense should always trump ideology.
The trouble is knowing what common sense actually is. Sometimes when a law has been around long enough, people just take it for granted and assume it is necessary and good.
If thou hast gone part retard and retains thy faith in Me, the Lord is forgiving; but thou shalt never go full retard.
That's called Greece. Have you ever tried to debate a Greek about corruption? If you haven't, attempt to do it, it'll blow your mind.
