There's really no comparison. Saddam Hussein gassed his own people and drove his country into ruin. People may dislike Obama, but he has been nothing close to the level of bad that Hussein was.
Israel has been a lousy ally inspite of taking billions from the US taxpayer since 1948. They are devious and treacherous and have often backstabbed the US. - - - Updated - - - Churchill and Arthur Harris gassed Kurds and Iraqis by the thousands.

Hitler rose from nothing and maneuvered himself to a very powerful position. He was an unlikely leader that accomplished a lot. He wasn't born to the throne or appointed to office. He efficiently rose to the top. He did some horrific things. I'm not sure his behavior discredits his leadership qualities. However, this poll has some sort of agenda. I can't figure it out.
Hitler left his country in ruins, and lost over half of it entirely, for decades, which hardly qualifies as 'efficient'. Stalin or Mao would qualify as the worst of the last century, though, by dint of having the largest populations to ruin and subjugate, i.e. scale.
You left out a couple of real contenders: Pol Pot and Idi Amin for starters. And Obama shouldn't even be on the list cause he's not a leader. Enjoy!

Barack Obama hates half of the people of America. I think that makes him a very bad leader. The worst in the world.
I was first thinking of Hitler as a bad leader, then I remembered all that his admin had created. The infancy of Nuclear development, rocketry, Animal Conservation. They even held the Olympics. He may have ruined the country and its name but for a time he did lead his people in a positive way. Obama sure he is not the Ideal leader, but he is around to "Lead" and he is not responsible for the slaughter of a large group of people. Hussein was insane, Slaughtered his own people, used chemicals against him and didn't take the country remotely down a good path. The only sad part is that The United States were the ones to put him in power.
Not much of list for choices. Probably Saddam, followed by Bush. Why? People like Hitler were great leaders. They led their nation into disaster, but they had leadership capabilities. Saddam was nothing more than a thug. Bush was just a crappy leader. A puppet for Rumsfeld, Cheney, Wolfowitz, etc. Obama not a very good leader in the strict sense of leadership.
