Sounds like the Serbians need the NRA to protect their rights.

Why would someone throw a perfectly good grenade into the garbage? (Unless, of course, he had some reason to blow up the garbage.)

Serbian government dump into trash so they are afraid they can be assassinated :)

if they are smarter, they will not hunt people than they will allow them to possess weapons like Americans.

Fascists everywhere. Governments should be eliminated by any means necessary. Scourge on the Earth, private crime could never hope to approach the 30% of everything everyone produces which governments steal every year.

Looks like they don't need the NRA and already have the means to protect their own rights.

Well, believe it or not, Serbia like many European countries has enacted strict anti-gun laws that forbid private citizens of owning arms of any type!

The government, at the moment, is simply to weak to enforce them.

Not only that, but some of the arsenal remains from previous wars in private hands. We had artillery shells in our basement in the early 90s as a result of the Yugoslav war. Granted we were a few miles away from the front lines in Croatia, but still I remember playing with a real Beretta as a 6 year old. Guns were just everywhere. Even back from the two world wars the weapons would remain because they couldn't collect all of them because of the sheer amount of them. It was too easy to hide a gun and some ammo. I think to this day most European households have access to some sort of working gun and the ammo for it. Maybe the biggest difference is that the gun is kept secretly and in storage for an actual emergency rather than carried openly and used frequently like in the US. Also I don't think that there is a worship culture here. People carrying their rifles to McDonalds in order to show their support of the 2nd amendment may just be a US phenomenon.

The state is the agent of the majority who places them in power. They most certainly make a profit. The minority who opposes the government in power make a massive loss. If the mafia hierarchy allowed its protection racket victims a say in its organization, one might say that the mafia makes a loss - but that would be inaccurate. The victims in that case would be analogous to the minority under the state.

ie: the fallacy is in seeing the state as an institution representative of "the people" rather than those who vote them in and maintain their agency.

I suggest "No Treason" by Lysander Spooner for a more detailed explanation.

Who is the Majority??? Most people do not vote in the West, in other regions it is normal to buy Votes, even in some EU-Countries...

in Western Democracies most elections are decided by those party who has most Money for PR/Propaganda

    It is a Liberatarian / Anarcho-Capitalist manifesto

Serbia like all East-European states is so corrupt, and bad manged a Anarcho-Capitalism would even work better.

But how to Organize Law and Enforcement. without a Police even it is extremly corrupt how to punish theft and killings?

You would have Wild-West Vendettas, and perhaps Clan Wars. In States where the State is nearly absent your Family/Clan is your social security and your Police force who protect you.

How to build High Ways? In Russia flow 75% for high way project in corruption, but still a road is built. How will you built a Road without a State?
