I have recently temporarily moved to Northern Sweden - in the arctic and discovered what i consider the best meat i have ever eaten. Reindeer! Wow good.

    What is yours?

My favourite is kangaroo, which is not unlike venison for those who haven't tried it. There is a slight difference in smell and taste, but they are rather similar.

I personally abstain from eating lifestock. So, while I have eaten Cariibu, the wild cousin of the domestic raindeer, I have never eaten raindeer itself.

I personally prefer venison (deer, elk, moose, caribu, etc) I also like rabbit, wild boar, wild turkey, wild goat, frog, turtle, duck, goose, pretty much anything I can legally hunt, I have hunted it, and eaten it. The best game I ever ate was Alaskan Caribu.

I personally prefer seafood to game. The best seafood I ever ate was bluefin tuna, which I have stopped eating to protest overfishing. It is by far the best thing I ever ate, and I have eaten it both raw, and pan seared.

    Black Angus. (steak)

Must be the real one tho, not some restaurant which writes Black Angus on their menu card but seems to be fake after all.

As far as red meat, def buffalo (which is really bison). As far as white meat, I like duck if it is cooked properly but it is something that requires smaller quantities than a prime rib. For water critters, it is oysters.

A good ole beef steak...almost charred on the outside and blood red inside.
