Whys is Detroit such a mess?

    This city was a paragon of industrialized civilization. Then huge numbers of Blacks moved in. Is it a coincidence?

    Detroit is the product when you allow progressives to run a city for 75-years.

    Progressive strongholds are all crime infested and bankrupt.

    Chicago will be the next city to fall - it's a violent crime infested welfare city that cant support itself and actually believes the state of Illinois should fund it.

    Why do you think the auto plants moved out?

    Because progressives aren't business friendly.

    This is why progressive cities are poor (*)(*)(*)(*)holes - because progressives hate jobs and want everyone to be dependent on government NOT jobs.

    If what I said wasn't true then this wouldn't be a debate.

    NYC is doing pretty damn well.

    and the auto plants moved out so that they could pay slave wages in other nations

    NYC is another "area" that relies on the metro area to survive. NYC couldn't survive on its own.

    No, the auto business moved because progressives (government and unions) used the industry as a cash cow....

    Here is news to you - EVERY business can just move if they wanted to, yet they don't unless they have to. Not because of "greed" but to survive.

    You see - progressives make it difficult for businesses to be successful. This is why businesses are moving out of Chicago/Illinois and going to Wisconsin and Indiana - progressives treat them as "cash cows."

    This isn't Germany and European economics will collapse Europe within 10-20 years. Of course European economics were designed to fail in an attempt to create a European super stat, because the only solution to mulitiple failing countries is to merge them. Yeah, the progressive dream of a globalist state.

    Mass migrations of African Americans started in the 1900's following a disease that attacked cotton (I think it was called Boil Wievel). If "Blacks" caused it, then why is it that it didn't happen sooner? If anything, we can look at the failures for political competition in Detroit due to the Democrats having political power all the time, and the outsourcing of jobs. It was economic problems that caused it, not "Blacks".
