this is a full, 1 1/2hr documentary which tells the tale that the victors still do not want you to know. Learn the terrible truth about the rape, torture, slavery, and mass murder inflicted upon the German people by the Allied victors of World Word II.
I have watched so far only 40 minutes of it but intend to keep at it to the end.
As they say: The victors write the history! Through massive brainwashing and forbidding to dig for the truth the lies triumph and later generations have no clue how it really was.

    See for yourselves....

I don't want to watch your Nazi propaganda film. Are we supposed to feel sorry for the poor Nazis now?

No, the Nazis are all dead now, but you could at least be honest to yourselves and hang your head in shame for what you did to a nation that caused you no harm whatsoever.

It caused me no harm because I wasn't born yet. But the nation of Germany started WWII. They paid the price for that.

Your answer simply shows that you have no clue from history:

    1. Start of WWII: The armistice of WWI was signed 11.11.1918. The German Reich having laid down weapons according to the agreement. the British Empire upheld the so called "Hunger Blockade" which caused the death of 3000 German civilians PER DAY until the so called "Versailles Treaty" was signed in June 1919 under thte threat of continuing the genocide. Any contract being signed under the threat of murder, not to speak about a running genocide is null and void by any national and interntional law. The so called "invasion" of Poland, the beginning of WWII, was the restitution of a situation according to international law, the declaration of war by the British Empire and France were against it.
    2. Election of the Nazis:The German Empire of 1871 was a constitutional monarchy similar to the British Empire (emperor Wilhelm II. was grand son of the British Queen Victoria, the British "House of Windsor" until 1917 had its original name "House of Saxe Coburg Gotha" until it was renamed for propaganda reasons). At the end of WWI US President Wilson, although being allied to one, declared notto wish to negotiate with a monarchy. For that reason the German Empire was changed into a republic, the so called "Weimar Republic". Under the pressure of a running genocide (see above) the constitution was rewritten, the emperor replaced by a mighty (elected) president. Like in the 1871-Reich, the parliament was elected too, the government and chief of government (chancellor) were appointed, from 1871 until 1919 by the emperor, thereafter by the president (like in the USA, where President and parliament are elected, members of government are appointed). According to article 23 of the Weimar constitution the President could send home the Parliament for new elections, according to article 48 he was allowed to rule on "special decrees". For the communists blocking Reichstags decisions this was common from 1919 till 1933, the 2 Presidents also having appointed (and dismissed) 26 different chancellors. When Nr. 27 (Adolf Hitler) was appointed, the President (Hindenburg) died, making the chancellor (Hitler) according to article 51 of the constitution chancellor and president in one with the power to dismiss the Parliament. ANYONE on Hitler's place on the day the president died would have had that power. Hitler did not became dictator by election. He became dictator by a mistake in the constitution and by chance.

I love it when Stormfront moves into PF and tries to explain how good the Nazis were and how mean everybody was to them.

Slavery and mass murder? Yea, in East Germany maybe.

Beyond killing a half million of our people, and 40-60 millions worldwide? I guess no more harm than that

No, of course not. They all willingly committed suicide after the Germans convinced them of what untermensch they were. The Jews, of course, were instrumental in plotting their own deaths and then blaming them on the saintly German people.

I think there is one good answer to Naziism. and one only.

Maybe? No, try definitely. Because it definitely happened, to millions of people, including children.

But we have to complain about Stormfront whenever that fact comes up, because we have a soft spot for communism and love our Soviet allies.

    - - - Updated - - -

So raping millions of women, most of whom had nothing to do with anything, was a just "punishment"?

This is a great example of how today's progressives were yesterday's Bolsheviks.

One cannot start wars against multiple nations and kill millions and then expect the soldiers of the nations that were attacked to politely pat you on the head and send you on your merry way... one could wish it was different - but that's not the way of the world.

It was mainly the Soviets doing the bad stuff. One instance includes Red Army troops occupying a German hospital and repeatedly raping expectant mothers, and in one rather barbaric act, repeatedly raped a woman who had just given birth. A rash of suicides broke out as the trauma of these events became too much to bear for the victims.

German troops did intentionally attack civilians and left a wake of destruction...and the Soviets response was an equally horrific retaliatory form of revenge.

The Eastern Front is widely regarded as the bloodiest campaign in human history. It stripped away any form of decency and laid bare the most animalistic level of our humanity. I do not believe any side fought what we might regard as a "clean" war, including the United States. However the barbarity of Soviet occupiers stunned even the most hardened of Allied troops.

The war was over...the Soviets wanted to enact a visceral level of revenge for what they endured at Stalingrad and other battlegrounds as the Germans invaded killing anything that moved basically.

This was no less than humanity at it's very worst.

    Millions?

Funny, because most experts place the total number of civilian deaths in Germany during WWII at between 600,000-750,000. But Millions? How about some credible ecidence to confirm that claim, eh?

And in reading that it clearly states "The majority of the assaults were committed in the Soviet occupation zone; estimates of the numbers of German women raped by Soviet soldiers have ranged up to 2 million". Myself and many others have admitted that up until the dissolution of the Soviet Union they behaved like animals towards any country they occupied.

So why you are trying to get us to accept that all of the occupation nations behaved that was is pure coprolite. If you want to discuss Soviet behavior, we can do that. But the majority of us see that as a German-Soviet issue, not involving the rest of the Allied Powers.

Well, the Germans were much more civilized about such things.

They did not rape millions of people, they simply killed them. This left them as pure corpses, since the pure German soldiers would never stoop to the rape of untermensch.

So that makes us responsible for their behavior?

Hey, suppose your brother is a rapist. Since you are both related does that make you one also? Would it be fair to charactarize you as coming from a family of rapists because you are related to one?

No, sorry, this kind of broad-brushing to make the Germans martyrs is typical of the Nazi Apologists, and I can only assume you are one of those by your reaction.

Which is rather funny, looking at your tag line:

So I guess that makes you a Progressive, eh? Your taking on the suffering of the poor Germans who were abused by the Soviets, being filled with moral indignation and therefore moral superiority. And your whole belief system provides you with a sense of belonging.

Are you familiar with the term "Hoist by his own petard"?

Basterds is Tarantino's favorite movie. It's an admission that some things, like what the Nazis did to the Jews in WWII, have no other good answer than what he shows. Humanity sometimes demands inhumanity.

Or the Russians, for that matter. It cannot be too much emphasized that the Russian experience in that war was unique in human history. (Not even the Mongols hated and reviled their enemies so, even though they did systematically kill them, with the Mongols there was as sort of "just business" attitude but it was as if the Germans wished to kill the very SOULS of their victims too)

One thing about that war that was also unheard of was the attitude toward Americans. If, as a villager, you saw Germans, Russians, Italians even Japanese, you hid and hoped. If you saw Americans, you surrendered and generally knew you were safe, (though not always). I think our bad actions in wars since has come about because Americans are like Italians but stronger. Italians could fight, and they proved it after Italy had changed sides, but yeh, they were so bad with the Germans that the joke was that Rommel surrendered them before battles began, because they did more harm to the Allies as prisoners than combatants. Americans are the same; we fight well when our cause is just but we don't like being the bad guys, and we don't perform at all well when our government makes us do so.

Also a tragedy that we were allies of the Stalin led Soviet Union who made Hitler look like a minor leaguer when it came to killing civilians. Don't non Jews count too?
