25 Things I Trust More than Hillary Mexican tap water A wolverine with a 'pet me' sign A mixed drink made by Bill Cosby A straight edge shave from Jodi Arias An elevator ride with Ray Rice A night out with Aaron Hernandez Brian Williams memory Pete Carroll coaching decisions Loch Ness monster sightings Pinocchio The Boy that cried Wolf Browns going to the Super Bowl A Nigerian inheritance email A pilot alone in the cockpit Harry Reid's exercise equipment Tying Anthony Weiner's shoes A fart in an automatic car wash A factory packed parachute A kiss from Judas An Afghan wearing a backpack A Dana White apology Keeping my healthcare plan A North Korean trial A BIC pen that doesn't leak A tuna fish sandwich left on a city bus
Ha. Was searching Ray Rice to see if anyone was discussing the latest events, and came across this thread. Many of those are pretty funny.
Jeb Bush. Nah not really. (*)(*)(*)(*) that. What the anti-federalists predicted has come true - the Presidency is a hereditary monarchy. Clinton vs Bush again? 3 Bushes, 2 Clintons!
I would rather have 100 Bushes than 2 Clintons. Not to mention in about 20 years, Little Jeb (can't think of his name...the one who lives in TX) will be President.
Can't we have someone who's not a Bush or a Clinton or a Roosevelt? There are plenty of decent candidates out there.
My prediction: Hillary is just a distraction, playing the same role she played in 2008. The democrats are going to allow the GOP to believe she's the only threat, and to expend all their ammo on her, then produce some 'rock star' type at the last minute to sweep in from stage far-left and bring down the house, while the republicans are scratching their domes. No way in hell she takes the nomination, because she'll be pretty easy to defeat in the G.E., unless of course the GOP manages to screw it up again (see McCain/Palin ticket).
Not really... more like a plutocratic republic with heavy weight given to branding. Clinton is like Nike for politics. People are simple and yet they vote. They watch the misleading political ads and biased "news" commentary, and go bleating almost wherever the money pushes them. I don't really get why people don't trust Hillary Clinton. I think there's a certain element of inauthenticity to her, much like McCain and Palin. They say whatever they think will gain appeal, but sometimes it comes across as not genuine and backfires. Some cog missing from the charisma machine. But I have no reason to believe she's evil and doesn't believe she can make the county even better.
