    Is Mankind the first immaculate conception?

    Jesus was born from a Virgin Mother. He had no father, he was conceived into being simply from the will of God and Mary's body.

    Mankind was also conceived purely from the will of God and the material of the earth...Mother Earth.

    So...does that count???

    The Immaculate Conception is about Mary being born without sin.

    I got some water plants from my sister once and put them in my pond. I didn't have any fish in it. One day there is a little fish peeking out at me. I named him Jesus.

    So true. I'm not sure when folks started thinking of it as the Virgin Birth, but now, it's a widespread mistake.

    why would anyone want to get involved with a religion which gives so much air time to the state of female sexual genitalia?

    don't all these prudish Christians notice that their religion is embarrassingly focused on sex? if not, how is that possible?

    The sex is one of the benefits of reading the Bible.
    Crime in Italy, Christ invented and made sex.
    It's supposed to be fun.

    As for the initial creation of humanity, Yes, one can consider it "immaculate conception". Why not?
