The Plume Affair was retaliation because Joe Wilson refused to lie. However, I mistakenly said yellow cake uranium, when I meant aluminum tubes. I got them mixed. The story planted in the paper, at the same time that they were claiming that Saddam had bought the Uranium, was that he had bought aluminum tubes used in uranium enrichment. It was revealed later that the Bush administration had planted the story and it was a lie. They had been planning on Wilson lying for them so they could connect the uranium lie to the tub one, but he refused.

How was it determined that the inmates left around midnight and the bed checks didn't pick them up missing till around 5am or 5:30. How does anyone know the inmates had such a head start.Who's to say those inmates didn't take most the night drilling and working their way out the sewer.In Shawshank Redemption in took a long time for Tim Robbins to work his way thru the sewer which was I believe a football field or 2 in length. Plus it took years with that little archeologist hammer to knock out and remove his cell escape route.
