Russian population is 50% of USSR. 50% of USA, 10% of chinaland. There were 250,000 Chinese in USSR, and there are 5 millions Chinese in Russia today.. never trust Chinese, they come to Russia with/without a visa, especially in the Far East. If Chinese population go down to 0, it is the best for the world. At least, there are should 0 chinese live in Russia, EU, USA, exclude a small number of chinese diplomas.
Sabina Altynbekova is from Kazakhstan, which was a close ally of the Soviet Union, and those Central Asians from former Communist states can still travel to Russia without a visa, which is why there are a few million of them in Russia. But there are only a few thousand Chinese nationals from China and the Chinese were pretty much blocked from entering the Soviet Union during the Cold War when Russia was a no-go zone for East Asians (i.e. the Soviet Attack on a Korean Airliner (KAL 007) on September 5, 1983.)
