    3 things.

    1) He did not make Russia richer,
Russia should be one of he top 20 richest countries in the world,
the personal income should be over $30,000 per year.

    2) He should be tough, but not talk too much,
does mind how dumb America is.
it is better to let American know, their biggest enemy is china.

    3) He should clear out chinese out of far east, and in all places in Russia.
and it is the best to disable china/japan/Korean forever.

Analysis: Russia's Far East Turning Chinese
    July 14 Peter Zeihan

Alexander Shaikin, in charge of controlling the Russian-Chinese border, said on June 29 that 1.5 million people from China have illegally entered the Russian Far East over the past 18 months.

there were about 250,000 Chinese in Russia in 1997. Now the Chinese population at 5 million.

Chinese could become the dominant ethnic group in the Russian Far East in 20 to 30 years. Such an occurrence would require an annual influx of about 250,000 to 300,000 Chinese, less than one-third the rate that Shaikin currently claims.
China has more than 1.2 billion people — more than eight times Russia’s population. Only 7.4 million Russians populate the entire Russian Far East, versus more than 70 million in northeast China. The Russian Far East is comparatively empty, with only 1.3 people per kilometer.

The local Russian population is increasingly nervous. The governor of Primoskiy Kray, Yevgenii Nazdratenko, on June 1 called for relocating 5 million Russians from European Russia to the Far East.

RBTH: How many migrants from China are there?

    S. P.: The number is in the thousands. Unlike Central Asians, Chinese citizens need a visa to cross into Russia. We have clear numbers on how many are here and what they’re doing.
Chinese, Korean, Philippine and other immigrants from faraway countries are the most controlled in Russia because all of those people need visas to enter Russia. They are easy to deport if they break the law. When the head of the Federal Migration Service talks about nine to ten million illegal immigrants in Russia, he’s referring mostly to Central Asians (who don’t need a visa).
They arrive in Russia without an invitation, without an employer and without a stated purpose or timeframe for being here. But they are granted three months to become legally employed, which is usually not enough because of bureaucratic barriers.

Russian population is 50% of USSR. 50% of USA, 10% of chinaland.

There were 250,000 Chinese in USSR, and there are 5 millions Chinese in Russia today..
never trust Chinese, they come to Russia with/without a visa, especially in the Far East.

If Chinese population go down to 0, it is the best for the world.
At least, there are should 0 chinese live in Russia, EU, USA, exclude a small number of chinese diplomas.

Sabina Altynbekova is from Kazakhstan, which was a close ally of the Soviet Union, and those Central Asians from former Communist states can still travel to Russia without a visa, which is why there are a few million of them in Russia. But there are only a few thousand Chinese nationals from China and the Chinese were pretty much blocked from entering the Soviet Union during the Cold War when Russia was a no-go zone for East Asians (i.e. the Soviet Attack on a Korean Airliner (KAL 007) on September 5, 1983.)
