In my opinion... The Democrats and G. O. P. are too divided...... if they can find more common ground to cooperate on... they would become somewhat more polite to each other... and the stage would be set for significant progress.

There is a near death experiencer who is willing to campaign for the office of POTUS and if his campaign gains momentum... and if his desire to team up with Donald Trump comes to pass........... the most bigoted members of the G. O. P. could well confront information that will transform how they view the LGBT community???!

The advice that I have posted to the wall of Donald Trump's facebook page is sincere……….. If Donald Trump were to choose Dannion Brinkley as a running mate…… try his best to make DAnnion President in 2016….. and shock Americans by being humble in this way………….. all of a sudden tens of thousands of Americans would read DAnnion Brinkley's webpage….. and even his books…….. and at the minimum we would begin to see some of the artistic, diplomatic, educational and even economic value in some of those predictions that were given to Dannion back in 1975?!

Yes....... I can understand that!

When Dannion Brinkley jokingly stated that he wanted to work with The Donald....... I immediately knew that the best way for Donald Trump to approach this...… would be for him to take the humble approach and do his best to carry Dannion Brinkley into the office of President and settle for seat number two.

If Donald Trump were simply to read both of Dannion's books they would have an amazing affect on how he views the world......… now that we have gone on to page two though..... I feel freedom to quote the entirely of what Dannion was shown about that increased level of peace and cooperation between Jordan and Israel.

This topic is of special interest to me because I live about a hundred miles from the Bay of Fundy. I live five kms from the ocean on the eastern part of Nova Scotia. In my area the difference between low tide to high tide is about one meter! The land form of the Bay of Fundy has a funnelling effect on tidal waters and so parts of the Fundy have a difference of fifteen to seventeen meters between low to high tide!

The question on my mind would be if ocean levels were to rise about thirty centimeters in my part of Nova Scotia, would they rise by four or five meters along parts of the Fundy????

There are 143,000 acres of farmland taken back from the Fundy by dikes that are probably in the position of the proverbial canary in a coal mine in relation to rising ocean levels!

Every cubic meter of H2O added to the water table of nations in the Middle EAst will NOT be on top of New Orleans, Florida, Holland, Bangladesh or those 143,000 acres along the Fundy!!!!!

I felt a huge sense of relief when I first heard about The Sahara Forest Project!

Up until now.... the city of New Orleans and the low lying part of Florida have been protected by the amount of H20 being ADDED to the CENTRAL part of Antarctica.

I am sure that this will not continue forever......... and sooner or later....... we will need to face the question of whether or not it is more economical to build sea walls around every low lying city........ or is it easier to finance the production of food and energy through projects like the Sahara Forest Project or the Sahara Solar Breeder Project??????

I lean heavily toward it probably being less expensive to desalinate water on a massive scale and add H20 to the water table of desert nations than it is to build so many sea walls or dikes in so many areas.

In the early 1990's I read the Book of Machabees in the Catholic Bible.... and unclear meaning behind this verse became obvious.......
The Pharisees were the descendants of the Machabee, Jewish soldiers...... whose ancestors....... had decided to NOT go along with absolute pacifism on the Sabbath...... because Greco- Syrian armies were attacking villages on the Sabbath.......
Jews who were absolute in their pacifism were massacred.... and their wives and children were taken to be slaves...........
The Machabee Jews who decided to fight back..... were blessed by G-d.... and preserved the Jewish nation at that time..... and in a sense prepared the way for John the Baptist and Messiah Yeshua - Jesus

Most North American churches have a desire to assist the poor and the oppressed. Well.. in 2014 efforts by a group of socially active Christians could easily transform dozens of homeless people into actors.. who are playing the role of homeless people.. and the specific efforts to help them could becomes scenes in a series of documentary and reality films designed to give the homeless people a job that finances their getting an apartment or at least a group home.

Most of us are unaware of the Worgl, Austria local currency experiment that was conducted during the Great Depression and how successfully it was copied in hundreds of communities in the USA. As a matter of fact it looks like what these communities accomplished played a significant role in inspiring the USA government to alter the monetary system in many positive ways.

City in Austria Printed Local Currency

Worgl, like many other European towns and cities, was hit hard by the Great Depression. There was mass unemployment; four of the five local factories had closed, and the people were starving in the streets. Nobody had any money to buy anything. One of the features of an economic depression is that there is not enough money in circulation to ensure that people can meet their basic needs, and in the 1930s, the shortage of currency in many countries of the world became catastrophic.

The mayor of Worgl, together with local businessmen, decided to try to break this economic impasse by creating their own local currency. They printed and issued 60,000 Austrian shillings worth of local currency. These shillings could only be spent in Worgl, so they remained in the local community and were exchanged over and over again.

The positive impact was immediate and surprising to everyone. In only six weeks, unemployment disappeared, all the factories had reopened and everyone had food. For the inhabitants of Worgl, the economic depression was gone. This dramatic transformation became known as the miracle of Worgl. Surrounding towns, inspired by the success of Worgl, immediately started printing their own local currencies.

Sadly, the miracle did not last long. When the Austrian Central Bank heard about Worgls local currency, they initiated legal proceedings against the mayor and local businessmen. According to Austrian banking law, it was illegal for anyone except the Austrian Central Bank to issue money. The bank won the court case, and the mayor was ordered to shut down the local currency, which he did, under threat of imprisonment. The town then returned to the devastating economic depression of the 1930s, with all the human pain and suffering associated with this catastrophe. Factories closed, and once again, the people starved.

Alternative Currency in the U.S.

Irving Fisher, an American professor of economics at Yale University, visited Worgl before the local currency was suppressed and witnessed the miracle firsthand. When he returned to the United States, Fisher spread the word by traveling and lecturing across the country, advocating the use of the Worgl scrip everywhere. Inspired by his vision, hundreds of communities began issuing their own currency, and by 1934 there were over 1,000 local communities using scrip throughout the U.S.

Every one of these communities experienced a tremendous rejuvenation of their local economies. They thrived while others suffered. Fisher then met with President Franklin D. Roosevelt, proposing the implementation of government-sanctioned local scrip in every community in America. When FDR consulted with his top financial advisors and bankers, however, he was advised to shut all the scrip systems down, which he did. Instead, he borrowed large amounts of money from bankers, at interest, and used it to pay for the Reconstruction Finance Corporation and the other work-creation projects, which collectively came to be known as the New Deal. So ended the last widespread use of a local currency within the U.S.

Uhhh Dannion Brinkley, no... thats too nutty for me... wayyy wayyyy too nutty... plus the guy is plagued with scandal himself in his "near death" experiences... this guy is too far out there... I think he's sticking his finger in a light socket, not getting hit by lightning...

the reason why the two political parties are so divided, its because they are really four or five political parties squeezed into two, and nobody wants to be the first group to break away, because it will mean absolutely zero chance of getting a candidate elected, and it very well might end either the "liberal" or "conservative" powers they belong to since they would be splitting the vote among several liberal or several conservative candidates, and it'd be an easy sweep for the other side who did not split its base... thats why we're struggling right now... the democrats just don't have a fancy "tea party" name associated with their splinter group...

Yes........ there are three major political parties up here in Canada and now that Green Party Leader Elizabeth May has been elected as an M. P. the Greens may surge and take away quite a few votes from the New Democratic Party and the Liberals..... which is good news for P. M. Stephen Harper and his Conservative Party.

But...... a smaller political party would tend to have more freedom to make a dramatic policy change that could gain them tremendous political leverage???!

Ms. May…… a Green Party Volunteerism Hour somewhat like the Ithaca Hour or Green Party Volunteerism Dollars somewhat like Calgary Dollars could be initiated years before Canadians are ready to support carbon pricing.

Here is how I worded this idea over on the official Liberal Party Discussion forum:

One of the advantages to a roadway built with these solar panels is that we would not have to plow the snow off them...… and we would not have to add sand and salt to those roads. The actual amount of money that could be saved in this way is actually pretty incredible.

Solar Roadways could produce some extra electricity at least during the summer months so.... there would have to be a legitimate deal with the provincial power company to allow Solar Roadways to connect to the provincial grid to add that excess electricity to the grid.... at least during certain months.

The testing of Solar Roadways up here in Canada would be relevant to many American states.......

Of course the pilot project would only take place on roadways that were already in need of being repaved anyway...… so the cost of repaving in a sense would be deducted from the cost of using this new technology?!

But since the 1980's a lot of progress has been made. Oprah, Dr. Raymond Moody, Dannion Brinkley, Colton Burpo and many others have turned near death experiences into a well known phenomena and part of our culture.

The third man expected to die, and was convinced that he would ascend into a beautiful paradise upon his death. He welcomed the fireball with open arms, until the heaven of his expected reward turned out to be a nightmare. He, too, had believed a lie.
