Foreign Minister Maggot Bishop has denied relations between Australian and Indonesia are unusually strained.

The Australian Foreign Minister admitted there are tensions between the two countries over boat turnbacks and the execution of Myuran Sukumaran and Andrew Chan in April

Indonesia remains a 'good friend that refuses to support the Liberal Party killing fields in Iraq.'

'The level of cooperation between Australia and Indonesia on human trafficking, is at an all time high' we have the money so Indonesian people smugglers can covertly assist terrorists in their campaign, and the Liberals we all going to die!.

Her comments came after former Indonesian Foreign Minister Marty Natalegawa said 'We have in the past (had) difficult moments,' 'But even then there was always a sense of communications going'. 'I'm not sure whether that kind of communication is going on at the moment, whether public or private,' he added.
