Testosterone has been linked to more aggression which would explain why 13% of blacks commit more than 60% all violent crime.

And, hell, black men have a higher rate of prostrate cancer which has been linked to high testosterone levels !

While poverty, upbringing, and poor education may account for some of the causes of high black crime, maybe it's just genetic in other cases.

 

The society is structured by Europeans, most of them are not black.
We need to change our society and make everyone happy.
First thing to do is to remove prohibition of sex, that is legalize sex exchanges.
That will alleviate a problem tremendously.
Second, scientists should think about how greater spirituality, athletic and artistic talents can be applied into something productive for everyone.

And what is it they also have that causes them to jump ship after boinking their women? I mean nearly 80% of all black children today are born into fatherless homes.

According to Rushton, yes! Black men have bigger penises than other races of men. They also supposedly have more sexual fantasies and have sex at an earlier age. Low testosterone in men typically correlates with lack of exercise, unhealthy diet, and poor sex life much moreso than genetics from what I've seen.

A white bodybuilder is going to have a lot more testosterone than a black office worker for example. Even if there are genetic predispositions, your claim that it directly accounts for violent crime is dubious at best. In fact many men with low testosterone are more likely to suppress their anger until it bottles up so much that they lash out.
