    The video below has important clues as to why Chernobyl Reactor 4 was destroyed.
    1. The controllers knew that the ordered "test" was outside the safety parameters of the reactor;
    2. The test instructions called for the test to stay within those safety parameters;
    3. The man in charge of the "test", Anatoly Dyatlov, insisted on substantially violating the safety limits;
    4. He was adamant about it.
    5. His boss who ordered the "test" was safely away from the scene;
    6. Dyatlov had a previous accident that destroyed a nuclear submarine;
    7. Local nuclear authorities lied about what happened so as to maximize radiation exposure of as many people as possible.

    Not shown in the video is that the workers knew that , "...inserting of absorbers from their extreme top position introduces a positive reactivity into the core because graphite absorbs neutrons much less than water", which is what Dyatlov demanded.
    Also, that other accidents with this type of reactor had occurred with fatal results, one of which was at Chernobyl's Reactor 1 in September 1982 when the center core was destroyed by "mistake".
    The train of previous "accidents" was kept secret from most people. But someone knew that the reactor could be destroyed via an "accident" similar to the previous ones.

    After the Russians first determined that the disaster was caused by not following the safety rules, the Sternberg Commission decided it was caused by reactor design flaw, and an inadequate “nuclear safety culture” in the nuclear industry. It was basically a cover up that Chernobyl was sabotaged. There is no report into the background and motivation of the 2 people that pulled off the "accident".

    Notice also the great insistence in using the word "accident" despite evidence of deliberate sabotage.

    Belarus milk still radioactive from Chernobyl...
    :omg:
    Test finds Chernobyl residue in Belarus milk
    Apr 25,`16 -- On the edge of Belarus' Chernobyl exclusion zone, down the road from the signs warning "Stop! Radiation," a dairy farmer offers his visitors a glass of freshly drawn milk. Associated Press reporters politely decline the drink but pass on a bottled sample to a laboratory, which confirms it contains levels of a radioactive isotope at levels 10 times higher than the nation's food safety limits.
