Where are all the condeminations from the UN, PA, organizations that are soppuse to be worried about the condition of the "Palestinians"?
When does the world will care about what is happening in Syria? Another case of hipocracy is been detected in the UN, PA and rest of the oraganizations regarding the "Palestinians".

There is no such thing. It's a fiction.
And if you would say "but the land called "Palestine", then you need to know that the name "Palestine" was created because of the Philistines, hence if you are using the word "Palestine" to justify the existnace of "Palestinins", then it means that they belong to the area of the Agean Sea.

Israel is not a fiction, but an historical fact.
America is not a fiction, but an historical fact.
Canada is not a fiction, but an historical fact.

The exitance of "Palestinans" relies on the thing that tis land was named "Palestine". But of course, if this is your and other people the thing that you rely on, then it means that the "Palestinians" are connected to the Philistines, hence belong to the Agean Sea. Because the land was named "Palestine" because ofthe existance of the Philistines.
You can accept it or reject it, but either way it will not change historical facts.

Palestine was a historical fact from 1922 to 1948, and is a historical fact today.

"Palestine" (AKA the Land of Israel) was granted to the Jews, in 1920 and later on in 1945 the UN kept this grant. Hence, in those years (until today according to the International law) "Palestine" (AKA the Land of Israel) is the place where the Jewish people has exclusive sovereignty rights on, while the Arabs do not enjoy such rights (sovereignty rights) in the Land of Israel).

    they are of course related.

the non-Jews of Palestine are guarunteed completed civil and religious rights.

this has been violated by Israel many times.

The non-Jews of Palestine are also guarunteed completed freedom of movement throughout all of Palestine, according to the Palestine Mandate.

Not really. Sovereignty rights are not part of civil rights, hence, when you are mentioning civil rights, it is not related to what I wrote, which is regarding sovereignty rights.

Palestine Mandate said Palestine would be a Jewish state, that guarunteed civil and religious rights for its veyr large non-Jewish population.

Israel has violated these rights many times.

there was a Jewish member of the Nazi Germany 1934 Olympic Team, this means Jews treated well in Nazi Germany?

Arabs still suffer racist discrimination in Israel and the West Bank, which are both part of Palestine.

Has nothing to do with what was written in the Mandate. Especially when the Arabs in Area A and B are living under the PA control.
What was written in the Mandate is been respected. the non-Jewish population in Israel enjoys full civil rights.

no, the Mandate is being violated by Israel, not respected.

btw, the Jewish soverignty over Palestine is conditioned upon full respect for the religious and civil rights of non-Jews in Palestine.

since this condition has been violated, the Jews lose soveriegnty rights.

The non-Jewish population in Israel enjoys full civil rights.
The Arabs that live in Areas A and B are living under the PA responsibility, hence the PA needs to take care of the Arabs. (after all giving civil rights is an inner issue, an issue that the PA needs to fullfil, because the PA is responsibility for the inner issues in Areas A and B)

The non-Jews of Israel suffered many forms of discrimination, had their land stolen, were forced over the border, and other crimes.

the non-Jews inside Area C suffer even more discrimination.

The Mandate doesn't recognize Area A, B, C, so they are irrelevent as far as the rights of the Mandate are concerned.

Discrimination when the civil administration did everything to found an Arab city in the area of Jericho? Or maybe when Israel connected the Arab city Rawabi to water infrestractures?

But according to the divide that Oslo made in Judea and Samaria, in Areas A and B the responsibility to take care of the Arabs and give them civil rights is on the PA and not Israel.
