I think he's referring to the reaction that Sanders and O'Malley got at Netroots Nation. They were booed for saying all lives matter. Apparently for Democratic activists, "all lives matter" is racist. That will be fun to ask Hillary about if she ever takes a reporter question.
It appears to me that Hillary is trying her best to stay away from the racial turmoil going on in the USA right now. She never talks about it. I think she is afraid of losing votes if it looks like she is taking sides.
Well if you think that thinking all lives matter is taking sides, then she has a big effort ahead to avoid taking sides.
Whites are also the majority demographic, so whites should be expected to pay the most taxes which is a fair share.
Hillary is playing it safe. It is early in the election cycle, so I guess that is the smart thing to do. She is, after all, a very smart politician.

They're still the majority. You're furthering my point like the last poster did. That's probably not your intent, but that's what you're doing.
Does basic math escape you? Whites file at a higher rate than their numbers. No one beside you mentioned majority, and whites would still be a majority of tax filers even if they were 48% of the population.
PEOPLE'S lives matter. The color of your skin has nothing to do with the worth of your life. One day I hope we will cleanse humanity of the stupidity of racism.

The point is Whites are a larger percentage of filers than they are as a population. If Whites were a large minority they'd still be a majority of tax filers.
