According to an exemination of archeaologist Tzachi Zweig-Devira, he discovered (it's all written in his report) that at the Eastern part of the Tample Mount there is a pile of antiquities that according to a ruling from 2004 forbids moving the pile until it becomes clear what it contains. Anyone wishing to move the pile must give 30 days' advance notification. The Wakf, according to Zweig-Devira, was moving the pile without any approval from the IAA.
