    I'm soup, from Chicago. I'm a US Army veteran (11m), private pilot, and hopefully using this outlet to get off my chest some of the more heavy political ideals I espouse. I've decided I will avoid politically charged discussions in the workplace and with family because it only leads me to frustration with people I have no choice but to deal with.

    I'd apologize to those I may upset with my opinions in the future, but it won't be sincere. I look forward to some spirited debate. I hope that people I disagree with vehemently realize that my passion comes from the fact that I give a crap about this country and it's future.
